almost there. new handlebars on the way (deda short reach bars, because the reach/drop/width on these bars is way off, hence no tape.)
had the crankset, front derailleur, fork (thanks scott!), stem and cable housings replaced. 16.7lb as pictured.
Fine titanium metal powder burns rapidly when thrown into the flame with very bright sparks and a crackling sound, forming titanium IV oxide (titanium dioxide).

Doing some restocking of Titanium and 4130. Was getting low on a few profiles of common Ti tubes and I wanted to keep my reserve of .625 and .75" OD 4130 robust. The first half of that order should be arriving some time next week.

The entire wig was trimmed and a pack of long wefts in Titanium Blonde were sewn in for thickness. The bangs were trimmed and styled back, and the wig was french braided to the side.

It's a beautiful day here, and my collection has grown. As such, I decided it was time to take another group photo. The problem was that I couldn't get my camera far enough back to get all the lights in. Also as I got farther back I lost detail. Then I realized Photoshop might be able to help in this situation and this is what I ended up with.
This was a series of three pictures that Photoshop automatically stitched into a panorama shot. I didn't make a single change related to the panorama stuff - I only did my usual cropping and straightening to the resulting panorama. I think Photoshop did a pretty amazing job!

Kind of fun to do all that work, cut it up and inspect everything. All looked good with the exception of the head tube to top tube tacks at 10 and 2 o'clock. Argon comes in from the upper cone, then settles at the bottom of the head tube. I've long felt maybe it should be coming from top and bottom pucks for the feed. Outside looked really clean as well as inside the head tube. The slight bluing was on the top tube by the tacks so i'll have to figure out a way to get argon to settle inside those spots - also interesting was the fact that that vent hole was only .25" and i did that on purpose vs the DT vent hole being .75.
