In middle school in San Diego I rode the bus to school while my friends got rides from their parents. I'd get there earlier than them, so I'd wait for them at the cul de sac behind the school where parents pulled up to drop their children off. When my friend Elena would arrive I'd run up to her car door and open it for her. Then I'd hold out my hand to her father, a New Yorker with long graying hair pulled back in a ponytail, and I'd say "Tip please!" He'd answer with his best Yankee grouse, "Here's a tip, get an education!" And as he drove away we'd walk up to the school to do just that.

the working side tipping (a.k.a. "skip" wagons) are very useful for moving ballast, rubble, soil etc. and redepositing them elsewhere!
the wagons are standard Ride-on-Railways items with the older type 3" diameter wheelsets, regauged from 5" down to my 3 3/4" gauge, which enhances the "narrow gauge" look of my railway.

Tipping point.
My good friend and best music appreciation buddy surprised me with tickets to see Big Bang, which is a Norwegian band that has been churning out solid Blues/Rock for the last 20 years. Here is the frontman Øystein Greni just tipping off the stage into the crowd. You get the feeling he's had enough near misses stage diving, that's it good to give the crowd a warning before taking the plunge. This is the song he was playing...

Playing with a super shallow dof here. Its set at f/1.8 and i focussed on the 'grace' line of his jeff buckley tattoo. I was happy with the framing, its not been cropped...

This is one of my complaints against Adorama umbrellas.
I've ordered them as described on their website but when I received them they came dangerous tips (that you can hurt yourself or someone) and they also printed a BIG Adorama logo to make Strobist photographers promote their website and products for free.
