Many thanks to all who take the time to view, comment and favoring my images. Enjoy the day.
It's colorful, it's intense and it's still a mess.
Time to clean it up.
Rio must be ready to 2016!
:)
The biggest of this shell is about 4 m, so this total tiny houses is about 5 cm including negative space.
Thanks for taking time to fave, comment and look at my work. I really appreciate.
The Rijnhaven, with its floating forest and iconic bridge, is one of the oldest harbors on the Nieuwe Maas, dating back to 1895. Wikkelboats has opened a small hotel consisting of just four tiny floating houses in this unique Rotterdam neighborhood. These eco-friendly houses on the water offer unusual accommodation for visitors seeking an extraordinary experience. Constructed primarily from recycled corrugated fiberboard (commonly known as cardboard), they boast surprisingly effective sound and thermal insulation. Air conditioning ensures optimal comfort. Smart technology is ubiquitous, from the digital check-in to the connected lighting, for a truly modern stay.
The interior spaces are designed to serve as meeting rooms or lounges during the day and can accommodate up to eight people per boat thanks to fold-down beds. On board, you'll find a full bathroom with a shower and toilet, just like in any hotel. Each boat has two cabins and a fully equipped kitchen. The large picture window opens onto a magnificent waterfront terrace, exclusively for your use. Take the time to savor a morning coffee, soothed by the fresh river breeze and admiring the city as it awakens. Opt for the houseboat with a spa and you'll enjoy your own jacuzzi on the terrace. A dream come true! You're probably wondering if these boats are allowed to navigate. The answer is yes, but unfortunately, you won't be permitted to do so!

House prices in NZ have gone up like crazy. People with a bit of spare land are building to cash in. Now there is a severe building supply shortage. Hmmm.
Of coffee in bed and nostalgic afternoons. Of memories, hopes, and late night realisations. But most of all, a view I am going to miss dearly.
I took this on a quiet Friday night, when the term ”winter wonderland“ actually made sense for a moment. :)
Advent!

New on the All Things Paper blog - 13 Paper-y Ways to Zhuzh Up Your Halloween Decor. One idea is this sturdy card stock village complete with bats from 'allwedontsay' that arrives pre-cut and scored, ready for easy assembly. Insert flickering LED tea lights to create a spooktacular vibe! bit.ly/3yeRioI
It’s starting to look a lot like Christmas and as usual in this period it's time for a Christmas themed creation.
This cozy shelter is the home of Santa Claus, who is preparing his world tour for delivering gifts. It's called Santa's Cottage and you can support it on LEGO IDEAS too.
If you like the bizarre Santa's Cottage please consider to give it a chance of becoming an actual LEGO IDEAS set. You can shortcut straight to LEGO IDEAS platform using this handy link:
Santa's Cottage on LEGO IDEAS!
Santa, who is coming home from a relaxing walk, has also a nice off-road vehicle painted with a color scheme matching with the cottage. You can spot it on the right.Santa's Cottage features a classic Xmas color scheme, an uncommon shape and an unconventional doors/windows style.
The main feature is probably the asymmetrical roof with a very sloping shape to the left. The woodshed is located under the excess roof.
The red/white/black color combo is simple but effective, and the snowy trees in the background match well.
Last but not least the door and windows are round, a shape rarely spotted on a cottage, but quite common in Hobbit houses.
If this house reminds you of anything you are right, it's basically my Blue Cottage set up for the Christmas holidays.
This is probably my last MOC for this year and I wish you all Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
