My friend Mel made this tutu and kindly gave it to Tegwen. Elodie doesn't have any clothes of her own so she went rifling through the wardrobe to find an outfit for herself.
My Lati order finally arrived to me today! The order was placed 10/16/2015 so it actually took over a year for me to receive my dolls. As much as I absolutely love Lati I do not think I will be ordering from them again though I still have two outstanding orders with them.
Finally...a wig we can live with. It's a little big...but at least she isn't bald now. This is the 7th wig I have purchased for her...whew.:) Now, we are just waiting for some new eyes.:)
Linda B made this beautiful little dress! Madrigal was the lucky girl who got to model it first! She took her model duties very seriously! We changed her hair when she tired on the hat because pink and green are so pretty together.
I have changed her eyes and used a different wig, I think she is beginning to look more like the little Mimi I had in my mind!
I have been busy with faceups lately, so I haven't had much time for my own dolls. So, I took a few minutes of dolly time today. My husband and I went to Target and I got some Ken clothes for my incoming LTF Elf El. Tasuki had a little fun with the shoes and sunglasses!
9" doll dress by Vee's Victorians in a purple plaid pattern. Has a real button and buttonhole closure in the back.
Guimauve ooak outfit for tiny BJD as Millie from Kaye Wiggs. Dress, jacket and beret, all in cotton in pale grey violet and pink
Rin looks so cute against the starlight pattern. ♥
I made the flowers in Rin's hair... the little flowers are about 1cm each, handdyed silk. The art is called "tsumami zaiku" and it is from folding tiny squares like origami. It's a Japanese technique, also called "kanzashi" in English.
