My two tinies have taken the ornaments off the tree too...and while playing seem about ready to sleep.
I took a couple of days off work. I am taking a bit of time for myself, and working on a commission.
In between that stuff I am slowly working on a wig for this girl, because I am nuts. Ha! Months ago I bought this alpaca hair. It is a lot shorter than the normal stuff- 4-5 inches. Perfect for Pukis! I have never been able to find a wig I actually like for Ophelia. She was my grail doll and is super special to me. Hence, I am willing to go through washing raw alpaca to make a wig for this girl! Yup, I am crazy! The dirt!!! Ugh!! :D
Hehe! A little photo editing goes a long way. I imagine Cassandra occasionally giving this look. She is just so wonderfully dark and moody. I highly suggest hitting the L key to view it larger and on black for the full effect of her smirk. ;)
These are definitely not her final eyes, and I am still unsure of the wig, but I love her sweet face!!
I have made a decision about little Miku. I love her so much, but she is going to find a new home soon.
Her absence won't be for good though! She is the only true child of my crew and is the only one who can pull off pink (I myself can't stand the color pink, but it is a part of her sweet personality). The only reason she will leave is because I really want a sleeping face for her. Honestly, the only way to do that is to order a whole new doll as you just don't find puki ante sleeping faces in the secondhand market. She deserves a sleeping face though doesn't she? <3
I have a day off from work (doing faceups and things around the house), so I have had Inari sitting nearby all day. I have been trying to figure out what to do with her. I realized the other day that I haven't taken any pictures of her in a while. I am pretty sure it was before we even moved which was 9-10 months ago! I hate letting go of dolls. I will have to try a few new things for her. :-/ Urgh!!!
My Tiny Delf Hansel from the Halloween event arrived earlier this week, her wig came in the mail today!
Currently my little girls are enjoying my first full day of sewing ^o^;
They get to wear all my new creations, and they're secretly hoping they will keep them ^^;;
Can you tell I love the Lily mold? ;) Chocopuki lily, 2 dreaming lilies, and now I have a regular NS one again. The sculpt ranks up there with Pong IMHO. :) Love them!
Guimauve ooak outfit for tiny BJD as Millie from Kaye Wiggs. Dress, jacket and beret, all in cotton in pale grey violet and pink
I'm so happy to have found a Manuna! Never thought I was really into anthro bjd's...but this girl just stole my heart.:) She's already settling in and "borrowing" the Pukipuki's clothes. Actually, this is the only item that fits her. Have to try making her some clothing.:)
Now that she's finished her baking, she's sitting down for a cuppa and a biscuit and doing a spot of knitting. No lazing about for this girl!
Each of my pukifee girls have their own flower faerie dress but obviously Aislinn's green one didn't quite go with her new look. Luckily this popped up the other week and I couldn't resist. I sort of intended it to go to my incoming Lea, but I think it's Aislinn's now.
My latis are going to have to find a special outfit of their own ; )
Someone inquired about a pukipuki faceplate I had today, when I went to check and see if I still had it or not I found a pukipuki winking Flora faceplate that I had picked up last year and realized I never took any pictures of her.
I have been busy with faceups lately, so I haven't had much time for my own dolls. So, I took a few minutes of dolly time today. My husband and I went to Target and I got some Ken clothes for my incoming LTF Elf El. Tasuki had a little fun with the shoes and sunglasses!
