I've had this little cutie for a little while now but hadn't taken pictures of her until now, as much as I love her I'm unsure if she is staying as I am experiencing difficulties with both of my hands now and handling such a tiny doll is very frustrating for me.
Pearl finally has something to call her own, shoes! I was amazed when I actually found some that fit her. I wish they had had them in stock in black, but it's okay, not the end of the world!
Pearl is a Dollzone Dale on the human body.
She didn't stay long, but she was gorgeous. Not sure why I didn't keep her styled like this as her main look, honestly.
I wasn't going to have them be twins. Instead it was they are to be cousins with their moms being sisters.
I got the house stained using 4 different stain colors, distressing in between layers. I am using paper clay to add the chinking between logs on the exterior but still have LOTS to go. I had fun painting the floor with different stain colors to make it look like wood :). Then, I sanded the whole floor to distress it and coated in satin top coat. I also installed the curtains. Always a feat!
I'll apply something on top of the roof wood, maybe some pine cone bits. Eventually, I'll be adding moss (of course) and flower boxes and shutters and plants. Whew!
Most of the furniture is complete now. I still need to finish the bed and bedding plus figure out what to do for table and chairs.
My sweet hedgehog and her baby are tenants so far. They were created by the incredibly talented jujurodgers on Etsy. Love her work!

Here in New Zealand, we actually call it Candy Floss but I decided to go with the US and Australian names for these sugary confections.
Although I have been planning them for many months, Cotton and Flossie weren't quite meant to be home yet, but when these adorable faces painted by Xhanthi popped up on the MP, I was powerless to resist.
Her name is Mckenzie - Mickey for short. :)

i hope i'll announce preoder in the middle or in the end of may, and the price because the first preoder and my birthday will be very nice. And preoder will be limited at first tme.
This little shabby chic dollhouse roombox began as a vintage Padron cigar box. Then, I very carefully cut a hole into it and added lots of OOAK details: an operable teeny casement window, sheer lace curtains, distressed rose wallpaper, a real wood floor with "nail" marks, whitewash stain brushed with gold highlights, little handmade paper roses and more. The house is sealed inside and out to protect the painted finishes.
Then, I distressed, stained, painted and altered the matching couch, chair and table. They are all three carefully detailed with fine acrylics and crackle paint, then brushed with gold highlights and sealed for longevity.
The cigar box exterior measures 10" x 5 1/2" x 2 1/4". All furniture and accessories seen here are 1:12 scale.

I plowed on through the scary part today! So cute!! The glue is still drying, then I have to see if I need another weft to cover a bald spot in back. I can't wait to style it! XD This turned out much better than my first alpaca wig attempt. It's not perfect, but I am much happier with this one. :) I REALLY won't be making wigs like this often, though. I'll stick to faceups. :P
