This 2 tier cake is all chocolate mud with vanilla buttercream filling and frosting. The top tier is a 10" round and the base is a 12" round. The Tinkerbell is a toy but all other decorations are edible including the fondant toadstools and ladybirds. It features handpainted lily petals and leaves. All elements on the cake were lustred and shimmered.

So when I was asked to do a Tinkerbell doll cake, please understand that I did assume that the doll the client was giving me was a like a Tinkerbell barbie.... but as you can see that's not what I got! hehehehe
Based on a picture I found and picture the clients sent me this is the combined cake. I hope it came out OK! I will find out I'm sure when it is delivered!
The doll came dressed with wings, I made the mistake of not taking the doll out till the last minute and discovered that I wings were stitched into the dress so without have time to make icing ones I've had to improvise with some silver cardboard and green glitter. Wire and pantyhose were suggested but as is murphy's law I couldn't find any pantyhose let alone white pantyhose to give it a go.
Hopefully she doesn't look too clunky! ;D
Also it took me an hour to texturize the grass with piping tip, I'm definitely not in a hurry to try THAT again! :D
