This is a close up of the cute Tinkerbell cake I did for a little girl's 4th birthday (see other photo for full picture). It was sooooooo cute that I nearly cried when I handed it over! Her mum wanted pink and cute, and I think it met that request!
Well this cake was certainly a little disaster with the humidity in Sydney lately.
There was no smoothing of edges or touching of cake once the fondant was on I had to let it go and hope for the best.
This design is inspired from Andrea's SweetCakes and Cakes by Maylene =)
This was taken at Natalie Nicole's 7th birthday party.
I became the official party photographer for the day. It was a lot of work. I didn't really eat until around sundown, which was my choice. I only had snacks in between because I didn't want to miss any nice moment. During the process, I found out I really liked taking pictures because every time I pressed the snap button I get this nice wholesome feeling and a smile on my face. It's like that same feeling I get when running, like an adrenalin rush. Yup, I'm a photo junkie : )
