In der Schweiz bleibt der Fachkräftemangel eine grosse Herausforderung. Ein Lösungsansatz: Employer Branding. TikTok mausert sich hier immer mehr zum relevanten Strategiekanal. Am 78. Social Media Gipfel vom 4. Juni 2025 in Zürich berichten zwei Expert*innen von ihren Erfahrungen.
Kleine und grosse Schweizer Unternehmen nutzen die Social Media App, um (junge) Menschen zu erreichen und sich als attraktive Arbeitgeber zu positionieren. Für junge Arbeitnehmende – das sagen verschiedene Studien – sind Unternehmenswerte besonders wichtig. Das Arbeitsleben ist für die Generation Z nicht nur Mittel zum Zweck, sondern Teil des eigenen Lifestyles.
Ist TikTok bezüglich Content wirklich so anders? Welche Punkte sind bei der Content-Erstellung besonders zentral und lassen sich über die Plattform junge Kolleg:innen rekrutieren?

Lale Scirocco arbeitet seit fast sechs Jahren bei Yousty.ch – dem führenden Portal rund um die Berufsbildung in der Schweiz. Nach ihrem Studium in Kommunikationswissenschaft und Medienforschung mit Nebenfach Soziologie an der Universität Zürich hat sie ihre Leidenschaft für Social Media, Werbung und digitales Marketing zum Beruf gemacht.
Am Social Media Gipfel gibt sie Inputs dazu, wie TikTok erfolgreich für Employer Branding genutzt werden kann.
Christian Aepli ist Head of Marketing and Brand Experience bei Implenia. In seiner Funktion verantwortet er auch das Employer Branding beim Schweizer Immobilien- und Baudienstleistungsunternehmen. Während seiner beruflichen Laufbahn hat Aepli in der Medtech-Branche, einem bekannten FemTech-Startup sowie der Finanzindustrie gearbeitet. Aepli gibt Einblicke in seine Erfahrungen mit Employer Branding in der Baubranche.
