At Cades Cove in the Smoky Mountains, one of the houses had a room which had this broom leaning on a shelf and so I thought it would make an interesting photo and I was correct with that conclusion. PS..for you cleaning procrastinators, may this insire you to clean today! :)
The brilliantly decorated exterior of Eastbourne's Towner Gallery on a cloudy and rainy day.

I quite tidy and original looking example, the MOT history looks good apart from a consistent and unsurprising oil leak.
The San Luis Obispo Museum of Art had a whole bunch of new art on display when I last visited there, from artists whom I did not know, but whose work I did like. This piece was part of their exhibition of Fine Craft Art, named Dimensions.

Is my utensil drawer always this organized? Heck yeah! Because when I want what I want when I want it, an organized drawer is a huge time (and hassle) savings.

For some reason, the St. Mary's islanders look upon Tresco Island with some disdain. One of our "friends" we spoke to in our regular bar referred to Tresco as the "Plastic Island" of the Scilly Isles. He thought it was "manufactured" to please tourists, and that the island had lost its old character.
I'm not sure what to think of that. It might be true, but being a tourist, I thought Tresco was absolutely stunning. It helps that there are no cars on the island, hence no pollution.
So what's wrong with that?

Tidying up in the Quaker cemetery on the newly laid wood chipped path, Hull General Cemetery. A memorial to Matthew Gold Photos taken with an iPhone SE on a cold blustery day.In monochrome.
This simple image at Lacock caught my eye because the gardener had made sure that he placed his watering cans very neatly
On a more serious note I have decided to add a watermark to my images because there is a least one person who has taken an image of mine and put it on his own photostream. I suppose I should feel sorry for him.
I had planned a before & after but this groom was just a tidy-up really, keeping the body well covered for these colder months, so the difference wasn't so obvious (plus there was different lighting between the 2 shoots that I didn't like).
Treacle is apparently very good for the groomer. We ensured she went regularly when young :-)
I also appreciate her improving posing skills :-)
The steps are looking a bit clearer now that weed killer has been applied to them.
This is one of my favourite spots for photos and so I have to try and keep it a little tidy.
This Goldfinch is busy removing the ice from the top of a teasel so that it can get to the seeds.
This winter so far has been a great one for me. I have had 6 Goldfinches visiting my garden especially when it was snowy and frosty. They have found the teasels I've been growing for them. They also like the seeds from Evening Primrose and I'm glad I hadn't got round to tidying them away. I think they've stripped all the seeds from my garden now. So I've put up a feeder for them.
It's the plastic waste from a stripette cover reused as a cable tidy for my headphones.
Shot handheld with oblique natural light. Raw image converted in Darktable and then tweaked to monochrome in Digikam.

A different day and now at Broadgate Island, although somehow yet again it’s indigo 721, which was apparently the only one I was ever destined to see. It is about to part ways with a Yourbus Citaro – which I think might be 3005 but can’t be sure – to alternately take University Boulevard + Clifton Bouleverd / Woodside Road + Derby Road, to reconvene outside QMC for the run into town.
The offside lettering on 721 is really spaced out to indi go, isn’t it?!
As well as being a particularly lush July another striking thing in this photo is how well kept and tidy the road is. Not only are there flowers on the lamp post and immaculate grass on the roundabout, but no litter about the road, pot holes or unsightly repairs to the surface, and even the accumulation of loose grit by the kerbs seems minimal.

Shortly before departure with 6E08, the 11:23 to West Burton Power Station, the driver of Freightliner Class 66/6 No. 66605 disposes of the rubbish at Earles Sidings on 8th January 2019.
On a walk to Bushrangers Bay and Cape Schanck, via the Two Bays Walking Track, I was struck by this ordered windbreak of mature trees, dominating the neatest, mown paddock that clearly had never hosted livestock which would be so crass as to contemplate pooping!
A slightly modified view of this magnificent sculpture of “The Shipbuilders of Port Glasgow” by renowned artist John McKenna which stands proudly at 33ft high in Coronation Park in the town and is testament to the men and woman who spent their lives in Shipbuilding along the River Clyde. Unfortunately the “MV Glen Sannox” in the background has been bugged with controversy which has grossly delayed it's launch date today. I have used a clone stamp tool in some editing to remove a 20ft container and the roof’s of several cars which blocked the lower part of the photo in an attempt to tidy it up.
The Elecrail Tait set makes its way back through Altona Junction to Newport. A Comeng set, heading in the opposite direction is visible in the background.

Elliott of Cheltenham Iveco T-Way 8-wheel tipper WU22YPC.
In service for just over 6-weeks, the driver keeps this lorry in immaculate condition.
I've been told this is a T-Way model but I've also seen similar lorries referred to as an X-Way.
Whatever this model is called this looks a great lorry in a great livery.
