I submitted a design for Threadless!

Yesh, a floating milk carton with bleeding mouth.

And in profile, my experimental threaded to threadless headset conversion on my Brompton.

Top to bottom:

* 3mm Middleburn aheadset spacer

* Problem Solvers Micro-Adjustable aheadset spacer

* FSA Orbit XL II headset

Postscript: Although I gave it the benefit of the doubt, the threadless experiment was ultimately unsuccessful. The long stem of the Brompton allows a large bending moment to be transmitted into the headtube and, against the tension of the wedge binder, over the course of two or three weeks' energetic riding it oh-so-gradually worked the stem out of the steerer tube. Or into it. The creep was only fractions of a millimetre but that was all it took to loosen or tighten the headset adjustment. Before I ruined the FSA's bearings permanently I replaced the whole thing with a M:Part Elite threaded headset. The Elite is a very good headset and just fits on the Brompton steerer tube.

This wasn't my favorite design from the contest, but it was one of the ones I liked, and the only one printed, so I got one. Muppets Take Chicago was my favorite.

The horizontal streak lines are from the walls of the station we were pulling into.

Cool reusable bag they give you when you make a purchase at the Threadless store.

And yes there are Threadless T-Shirts in there...3 to be exact.

Note carefully, when choosing your shirt size, whether you are buying the American Apparel brand Girly T or the Threadless brand Girly T. As you can see, they're vastly different in length.

The website has these two t-shirts being an inch apart in length, but by my measurements, the Threadless variety is 4" longer.

I like that the Threadless variety has more room in the arms and neck, but I hate that it extends to halfway down my butt. Yuck. I'm all for longer-torso girly tees, but my torso is about 3" up from here.

I'm tossing it in the wash and hoping it shrinks in length without cutting off circulation in my arms or neck.

These are both XL, fwiw. That's my size in "girly" terms. And yes, the outfit on the left is what I wore yesterday. With flip flops.
