A mating pair of thread-waisted wasps (Eremnophila aureonotata) visits a Wingstem flower. The adults of this species feed on flower nectar, but the larvae live in a burrow dug out by the female and feed on a big caterpillar that she brings for them and places in the burrow.

Today I had off work so I decided to head down to Elmwood with Spencer and Clarence. Hopefully to hang out with Jill too, and we did. haha
So the story behind this one... I wanted to shoot someone today and Spencer offered to be the model. We were walking down the street and there's this bench outside Urban Threads made out of two snowboards. Ironically Spencer injured his knee last week snowboarding, so this portrait was so fitting.

we put up a couple new shelves in my sewing area the other day. i like how they look with a print of david's painting 'beauty lives by kindness' & rows of serger thread.

We are tied with different threads of time. we cross over and certainly go parallel as destined.
I am a fan of Sci-Fi movies and 've watched the movie (Source Code) in recent time. and seeing the photograph this though was aroused! LOL
