Can you read this or is it scrunched up in the new sidebar for you? This lovely horse originally wanted to tell me some of the secrets of its obvious adventures, but then it got the new Flickr Photo Experience today.
It says 'Leave the photo page the way it currently is.' The title, description, comments, tags, etc. need to be underneath the photo not cluttering up the space beside it in too small of a space. This is Flickr, not G+.
It needs a 'Post Comment' button rather than clicking 'Enter'. And comments need to remain editable. This is Flickr, not Facebook.
Most of all, there needs to be a way to keep the ability to put our Flickr images in comments. Especially for those of us who often use the first comment to tell a story that cannot be told in the description because the description does not allow images. This is Flickr and it's the only place we can put our images in comments that show as an image, not as a text link.
Flickr, you're trying to put too much above the fold. It becomes less meaningful. The list goes on. What do you think?
I do like that they have brought back the filmstrips of sets and groups, though. Maybe those and the little mosaic of the photostream can stay above the fold because they're visual. The visual elements above the fold in the sidebar, the text elements below the picture. That might work for me.

A few coins lie on the tiles at the bottom of this fountain at the Hogan Family Foundation’s Gardens of the World. Unlike at the Trevi Fountain, I did not throw in any coins myself. Not that the coin I threw in the Trevi 51 years ago did me any good...😆

Wildwood park is one oft the most visited places in Southern California. There must be a ton of pictures of the waterfall but this one is little bit different as it is wider to show the environment.
