As McNulty (Dominic West) and the detail continue staking out Marlo's crew, recently promoted Sergeant Carver (Seth Gilliam) is welcomed by a cauldron of discontent from officers coping with unpaid overtime. Though he wants to keep his campaign promise to lower crime, Mayor Carcetti (Aidan Gillen) is strapped by his commitment to schools, and faces some tough choices. Col Cedric Daniels (Lance Reddick) is forced to reallocate his resources, retaining Freamon (Clarke Peters) and Sydnor (Corey Parker Robinson) for the Clay Davis probe. Meanwhile, City Editor Haynes (Clark Johnson) and the staff of a local newspaper are reeling from corporate cutbacks, losing key personnel from both the metro and international divisions. Still, with the help of reporters Gutierrez (Michelle Paress), Price and Templeton (TOM Mccarthy), Haynes is able to break a front-page story that links a politician to a co-op drug dealer. Proposition Joe, Marlo (Robert F. Chew), Fatface Rick others meet in a hotel conference room to discuss divvying up drug frontiers across East Baltimore's county line.

'Eleh has been an enigma since the first record under that name was released in 2006. Eleh began as long ago as 1999 as an exploration of analog synthesis, emphasising low frequency oscillation and resonant acoustic phenomenae. Eleh highlights the physical presence of sound as it has been inspired by the physical world. There is also something ‘cathedral-like’ and cosmos-inducing in the sound built.'

Summer fun in Liverpool City Centre - a zip wire attraction. The launch point is where Church Street meets Hannover Street to the base point further along, outside Forever 21. Not everyone makes it to the base point in one go. This chap seen here is stuck, dangling in mid air, outside Top Shop, waiting for assistance, whilst shoppers look on !
The wire spans 1000 ft. from a launch height of almost 100 ft. and on a good run, speeds up to 40 mph can be achieved.

1. Moi, enscarved with Pink Monster, Chocoloate Cherry Kiss and Yellow Longboard. Yellow longboard was the first successful scarf I made and it's around 6' long and 6" wide. I started making scarves about 4 years ago. I have a lot of fun with my kooky crochet!
2. Paper star lamp printed with Hindu goddesses. I have some strange possessions.
3. I also have a bowl fetish. I'm very picky, though it might be hard to tell here.
4. Items from a tres chic gift box my aunt Lolo-la sent me when I was on my deathbed. Each was individually wrapped and I could only open one each day. I think I cheated on one or two days, but it took a good chunk of time to get through the box. Though hard to see here, the bear has a booboo on his right leg, just like me!
5. Fridge portrait. Postcard magnets of my friend Trace's artwork, an awesome pic I found in some restaurant industry mag, old pic of me, assorted magnets (I also have a thing for magnets), a smidge of one of my fave pictures, mussels on a seawall on Point Loma. I miss living near the ocean. A lot.
6. Things that live atop my fridge: a broken-toed gargoyle, a non-functioning clock, a vase I cannot reach and beaucoup dust.
7. Bubble wrap. What can I say? I ran out of things to reveal.
8. A Tara Cotta original, gorgeous green-swirled pitcher, a treasured Christmas gift.
9. I have a thing for elephants. Hmph. That's a lot of things to have.
10. Mummy me. My strep infection was slayed a couple weeks ago, but I have to keep the wound-site wrapped...to the tune of about $10 a day.
11. Fractals. I'm kind of a geek. Not a total one, mind you, because I didn't have anything like homework discipline in high school and while I'm not afraid of math, I certainly didn't gain anything like advanced skills in it.
12. Dead thyme. Mamacita has a green-green thumb. I, however, do not. This is what most of my plants look like eventually. And in my world, "eventually" usually equates to a couple months.
13. I am the world's biggest fan of The Wire and pretty much everything David Simon. If you've got any pics of his latest adventure in the NOLA area, I'd love to see them!
I'd like to thank Bob for the invite to play this game of TAG! I didn't know if I should do 9 or 16 pics so I split the difference and rounded up. This is about the trickiest I get with my numbers. Except when it comes to Numb3rs, because I'm a crazy fan of that, too!

The game finished in a 4-1 win for Darlo against the league leaders. Dowson and Purewal both scored twice before an injury time consolation for the home side.
My team (Warrington Town AFC) played Colwyn Bay in the FA Cup Second Qualifying Round on the 22nd September. After a poor start we came back into the game.
Sadly, saves like this one kept us from winning.
The Football Association Challenge Cup, commonly known as the FA Cup, is a knockout cup competition in English football and is the oldest association football competition in the world.[1] The "FA Cup" is run by and named after the Football Association and usually refers to the English men's tournament, although a women's tournament is also held. Its current sponsored name is the FA Cup with Budweiser.[2]
The FA Cup was first held in 1871–72. Entry is open to all teams who compete in the Premier League, the Football League and in steps one to five of the FA National League System, as well as selected teams in step 6. This means that clubs of all standards compete, from the largest clubs in England and Wales down to amateur village teams. The tournament has become known for the possibility for "minnows" from the lower divisions to become "giant-killers" by eliminating top clubs from the tournament and even theoretically winning the Cup, although lower division teams rarely progress beyond the early stages. The qualification rounds and a system of byes mean that the very smallest and very biggest teams almost never meet.
The holders of the FA Cup are Chelsea, who defeated Liverpool 2–1 in the 2012 final for their fourth triumph in six years and seventh overall.
