Play is something that children do, but adults sometimes forget.

Gently does it, you know you can't resist!

I almost put a bid on the chicken covered in flag stickers. Afterall, it won "Best Themed Chicken". Then I came to my senses and realized I didn't really need a concrete chicken covered in flag stickers.

This weeks theme in Weekly Theme Photography is Windows.

When I think of windows, I think about being on the inside looking out and the outside looking in. I tried to portray that in this shot.

This was a composition of two photos taken of me. One on the inside looking out and the other from the outside looking in. Unfortunately I don't have wireless triggers for my flash, so I wasn't able to light the subject (myself) the way I had wanted to. I did what I could with what I had.

It sounds like a bad idea to take a flour tortila, wrap it around vanilla ice cream and dulce de leche, freeze it, then plate it all with candied walnuts, whipped cream, chocolate sauce and sprinkles. In fact, this was a great idea and a delicious dessert big enough for three people.
