A themed park containing replicas and preserved or restored originals of important cultural sites from Thai history as well as contemporary cultural installations. It is located in Samut Prakhan province just southeast of Bangkok. A place everyone coming to Thailand should visit.

Tumwater Canyon Bridge - Leavenworth, Washington.
The Great Northern Railroad Built a tunnel through Stevens Pass in Washington State. The Railroad discovered the exhaust from the steams engines caused problems in the tunnels. Because of this they used electric engines to pull the cars through. A dam was created in Tumwater Canyon on the Wenachee River. The water was sent through a pipeline down to a plant that generated electricity for the engines. In 1954 the railroad started using diesel engines and abandoned the pipeline and power plant. This bridge was used for the pipeline to cross the river. It is now been converted into a footbridge that follows a trail of the old pipeline.
I want to celebrate this new year full of promise on the medieval theme. Whether at LEGO, or at BrickGuildToys, Ktownbricks .. Looking forward to perfecting my historic collection.

This is mostly PSA.
I am showing two sorta HSS photos today. They were both finished in PS Express on my iPad.
This holiday theme border was a one click job.
There are so many many neat things one can do in PS Express, and if you already have the Photoshop/Lightroom monthly subscription, it is a freebie.
Although you can get a computer version, the good stuff in on the app for phones and tablets.

My awesome friend Andrea (www.flickr.com/photos/girlhula/) and I did a mini-photo project together to seek beauty in the world and to create. We gave each other themes, and my 2 were 1. Curves & 2. Shadows. Here is my interpretation.

Le 22 Octobre 2016, sept villes de la Méditerranée ont participé simultanément à un marathon photo organisé par le collectif Libanais Frame.
Le but : prendre la rue pour documenter simultanément 12 thèmes révélés le jour même, en 12 heures, qui auront permis de récolter une collection de photos retraçant une journée dans la vie de sept villes mettant à nu les nombreuses similitudes et les différences qui entourent notre mer.

However the LAX Theme Building, designed to resemble a landing spaceship and completed in 1961, was actually not inspired by The Jetsons, as many people believe. Done for the Macro Monday theme, "Technology."
For a lot of years the hard drive spinning at 5400 RPM was the standard in laptops and netbooks. This is a Seagate 2-1/2 inch, 160 GB hard drive from a 10-inch Asus netbook.
One PC in our household has already been upgraded to the faster and more efficient SSD or Solid State Drive. Ah, technology... Happy Macro Monday!
