Düsseldorf - Gastronomie in der Bolkerstraße
Manche sprechen hier und in Parallelstraßen von der "längsten Theke der Welt"
Gehen Sie die Straße entlang. Hier ist der Puls der Altstadt. Bolkerstraße ist eine von Düsseldorfs ältesten Straßen und wurde schon 1384 konzipiert, als der Plan der Altstadt entstand. Erstmals erwähnt wurde sie 1417.
Man spricht auch von der "längsten Theke der Welt". Denn die 50 Bars, Restaurant und Kneipen, die hier in nur wenigen hundert Metern Tür an Tür liegen und draußen ihre Stühle aufstellen, erwecken den Eindruck einer sehr, sehr langen Theke.

Il Loop Fighter è un modello di attrazione presente in molti luna park, progettato e costruito dall'azienda italiana Technical Park di Melara a partire dal 2009.
È composto da un braccio meccanico motorizzato che ha il suo fulcro a 12,4 metri di altezza. Al braccio è connessa una gondola dotata di 4 vetture di 4 posti ciascuna, per un totale di 16 posti.
Ha un'altezza di 17,5 metri da fermo e 24 metri in movimento, raggiungendo un'accelerazione pari a 4,5 G.

The Loop Fighter is an attraction model present in many amusement parks, designed and built by the Italian company Technical Park of Melara starting from 2009.
It is composed of a motorized mechanical arm which has its fulcrum at a height of 12.4 meters. Connected to the arm is a gondola equipped with 4 cars with 4 seats each, for a total of 16 seats.
It has a height of 17.5 meters from standstill and 24 meters in motion, reaching an acceleration of 4.5 G.

Nunca tengo el cerebro tan lleno como para que no me entre una nueva duda, supongo que por eso seré tan versátil, tan incalculable,tan impredecible.
Hay muchas veces, que el corazón nos dice una cosa, la razón otra cosa diferente a la anterior y la intuición otra totalmente diferente al resto, hay veces que queremos poner punto final y ponemos puntos " y seguidos" o nos pensamos que ponemos punto final y nos damos cuenta que tan solo es un "punto y a parte".
Y sabemos que tenemos cosas pendientes, listas de cosas por hacer, mensajes por responder, felicitaciones tardías que dar, amores pendientes, pero creo al final todo lo convertimos e "cafés pendientes" que da menos miedo.

Orongo, the ceremonial village with its 53 houses made of slabs of basalt. Orongo, which in the Rapanui language means “The Called One”, is perched majestically on a narrow strip of rim along some 250 meters (820 feet) of the southern side of Rano Kau, over a cliff that drops abruptly 300 meters (985 feet) into the Pacific Ocean. At no time in its history did Orongo serve as a permanent settlement, due to its difficult access and its lack of direct access to the sea. Its importance came from the cult of Tangata Manu (Bird-Man) that developed at the end of the 17th Century and continued into the 19th Century. Prior to that, during the period of the moai (statues) and the cult of the ancestors, Orongo was a place where rites of initiation into adulthood were held for boys and girls.

My buddy Tyler and I went out and shot a few pictures of his 1975 Lincoln. This car is a BEAST to drive it. It's so long I couldn't help but laugh the whole time I was riding in it! This was the rig shot we came up with. Second time through was less stressful as far as the setup! I tried doing a bit of an old film looking edit as this car is a 75 and just seemed like this suited the edit. View this one large to see it best. I find small doesn't work well with this one!

The Ny Carlsberg Glyptotek (Glypto-, from the Greek root glyphein, to carve and theke, a storing-place) is an art museum in Copenhagen, Denmark. The collection is built around the personal collection of Carl Jacobsen (1842–1914), the son of the founder of the Carlsberg Breweries.
On 8 March 1888 Carl Jacobsen donated his collection to the Danish State and the City of Copenhagen on condition that they provided a suitable building for its exhibition.
It was Carl Jacobsen who chose the name for the museum, with inspiration from Ludwig I's Glyptothek in Munich, as well as Wilhelm Dahlerup as the architect for the assignment.
The new museum opened first on 1 May 1897. At first it only included Jacobsen's modern collection with French and Danish works from the 18th century.
In January 1899 Carl Jacobsen donated his collection of Antique art to the museum which made an expansion necessary.
It was designed by Hack Kampmann while Dahlerup designed a winter garden which connected the new wing to the old building. It was inaugurated in 1906.
In 1996 the museum was once again extended, this time with an infill constructed in one of its courtyards to the design of Henning Larsen.
In 2006, the building underwent a major renovation programme under the direction of Danish architects Dissing + Weitling.[6] and Bonde Ljungar Arkitekter MAA.
Ny Carlsberg Glyptotek ist ein Museum in Kopenhagen. Es zeigt sowohl antike Skulpturen des Mittelmeerraums aus Ägypten, Rom und Griechenland beherbergt als auch moderne Skulpturen von Auguste Rodin und Edgar Degas. Dänische und französische Gemälde aus dem 19. und 20. Jahrhundert des Impressionismus und Post-Impressionismus ergänzen die Sammlung.
Die Bestände gehen zurück auf die Kunstsammlung des dänischen Industriellen Jacob Christian Jacobsen, dessen Sohn Carl Jacobsen die Sammlung 1888 der Öffentlichkeit stiftete.
Der Name leitet sich ab vom Namen der Brauerei Carlsberg mit den Zusätzen Neu und Glyptothek, also Skulpturensammlung.
Jacobsen wählte diesen Namen aus Begeisterung für die Glyptothek in München.
Für die Sammlung wurde nach dem Entwurf der Architekten Vilhelm Dahlerup und Hack Kampmann das Gebäude am Dantes Plads in Kopenhagen errichtet.
Auch heute noch finanziert sich das Museum über einen Obolus, der auf jede Flasche Bier der Brauerei Carlsberg aufgeschlagen wird. Es wird darüber hinaus von der Carlsberg-Stiftung unterstützt.
Zum hundertjährigen Jubiläum der Antikensammlung im Jahr 2006 wurde das Gebäude umfangreich renoviert.
