Hermann is the second "Wir sind Blythe" Traveling Blythe and is visiting me in Saarbrücken for 2 weeks. She is a customized Friendly Freckles by Kati, and her name is a male German name, which is also used for a friendship cake dough that is passed from person to person. So the name is quite fitting in my opinion!
I may be just me, but the only electric cars that seem to be produced are small 2 person sport cars. But in my opinion there is more to be gained with cheap electric city cars.
Anyway: this is just another small 2+2 sport car. Beautifull, electric and ofcourse too expensive. It costs 190.000 euros. That is more than most gasoline sport cars. And for that you have a lot lower topspeed (because they don't want to use a gearbox), a lot lower range (150km electric range is not much compared to the 400km of a Maserati GranTurismo) and the price of the Maserati is even lower. Don't get me wrong, I like electric cars, but like this they never gonna get their breakthrough.
Honestly, if I have that much money and I don't love cars, I'd buy a big audi or something. If I love cars I'd buy a cheaper, faster and gasoline sport car like the Maserati. But I don't have much money and I need a car for more than just a fun drive, so I would need a cheap Fiat 500 or so.. But that doesn't exist... Yet...

It's turning into a "new dolly December" although this sweetie is not really new-new. She's just come home from Kate's (Moofala) spa and I couldn't be more thrilled with her! Her pink hair is amazing - long, soft and fluffy! She hasn't revealed her name yet, but I'm looking for something sweet. I have to admit that Peppermint Patty, Tutti-Frutti and Bubblegum have all popped into my head, but she might be a bit serious for those names. :)
