This weekend I got to see the The Jim Henson Exhibition: Imagination Unlimited at the Skirball Cultural Center.
The exhibit had features and videos from the various shows that Jim Henson created. There were a number of muppets from The Muppet Show, the Muppet movies, and Sesame Street, Fraggle Rock, The Dark Crystal, and Labyrinth.
The exhibit was crowded but very interesting.

Okay, this was just amazing. This bug-like lobster creature was one of the winners in the costume contest, but the person wearing it had never entered a costume contest before--this was their first time!
It is made of tape, tubing, and awesome.
I think these were the 2 finalists, and the Skeksi from The Dark Crystal won.
