The Trump Tower is the black building in the middle and was opened in 2001. It is owned by Donald Trump and is located in Manhattan, NY. This is the headquarters to Trump Enterprises. The show the Apprentice is filmed here. Trump also lives here and so does Derek Jeter.
The jumper guy actually didn't make it the first time. He tripped on one of the people bent over. Oops! I'm all about that girl's orange hair, though. I may come back looking like her.

Taken by Jem on his HTC phone, Monday 16 june 08.
Blue Marlin on the monday has become a great way of easing down out of the bizzarre time-warp that the rest of the weekend is...
Gareth & Terry appear to still be beaming in and out.
Finals 100 yds. Senior, dead heat!
This photo was sent to me by the "Scotsman"
Sport photographer directly. I believe he
received a prize for "photograph of
the year" with this one. He certainly
deserved it, for, in my opinion,
his finger was faster than our
running! Event: Fettes College
Athletic Finals (1953), the boy beside
me is John Durham, I hope he gets
to see or download this photo. I do
not have his e-mail. PS. It was not I
who named the photo Chariots ...but
I thank the person who suggested the
title since it is an image much like the
film and quite appropriate.
Yes, it's true. After running www.theapprenticeblog.com for 5 seasons, plus one Martha, it's time for me to throw in the towel.
However with the new season starting ~fresh~ on the west coast this might the perfect opportunity for Mark Burnett to revive The Apprentice, like he has done repeatedly with Survivor. Or at least I hope someone will think so because I'm trying to sell this blog!
Check it out on on eBay.
Tana was a quest speaker at our school for Palmer College of Chiropractic's Destination Success. A very motivational speaker with a good insight on how to be successful in life. By far my favorite of all the speakers, and she wins my vote for the best looking out of all them.

Whilst briefing the session, I told the Lady
that, before starting her babaloo dance, I
was going to take a classical photo, my way.
Correct lighting for her skin and a nice pose.
Now we can see her the way she is, a very
attractive African descendent.
Bronica 6x7 110mm. lens.5.000Kws hazybox,
and three Bounce 1.500Kws fills.
Kodacolor film. Date 1986.
PS. Suggest you view the largest size and
the details of a clear and dry skin are apparent.
This image was taken at the start of the
dance and the third was taken at the end.
The middle was taken during the performance.
I have two rolls (twenty) images all told. Here
the lighting was adjusted to the the Lady's dry
skin after a wash up, and the final close third
image after another wash and re-make .
The middle image was taken 'status quo' with no
adjusting lights or posing, for the Lady was
performing a ritual dance and I could not interfere.
A few images prior to this, you will find the
same image in b&w and unframed. Problem
is that in large families each member requests
his own preferences. So, I attend their
personal preferences! Perhaps in comments
we will come to conclusions!
Bilyana may have gone out in week one, but I shalln't forget how much she looks like the lovely Miss Wavertree herself, Luciana Berger!
Is it just me, or does The Apprentice TV show leader Sir Alan Sugar resemble the late Sid James of the Carry On Films?
In October 2007, this impromptu booth was set up in Times Square for one day, selling discount Broadway tickets, with the proceeds going to charity. Tickets were $50 each, mostly mezzanine seats, and goodie bags with hats, cds, programs, and other Broadway memorabilia were given out with the tickets. The charity wasn't specified. It turns out this was a task for "Celebrity Apprentice" and this particular episode airs January 24, 2008.

Ana Paula is Zena's sister, with her Husband Erick.
Apparently sightseeing in a Swiss Village.
Note: See the shadows at the feet of the couple,
this is an indication that the right side houses were
very bright and the left side very dark, almost unseen.
The mountains, one could only see a trace of the dark
trees. Well, I had to darken the right houses and
recover the image of the left houses. The faces of
the two were dark brown, therefore lightened. The
mountains were not drawn nor painted, this part
was recovered separately, nothing was added.
Editing was done using iPhoto 8.1 and Aperture
2.4.1, when finished, I printed an A4 sheet of
Bright Photo Paper. Result, beautiful. But it does
look like Disney World, or perhaps a stage scene!
This editing was done at 3072x2304 converted to
TIFF, and printed at a reduced 1280x960 JPEG
image. This information is posted for those who
are interested in the technical side and I welcome
any comments. Iain
It is that time of year when I make a pilgramage to the big(ish) city to photograph the best urban art festival in the country. Albeit I thought the standard was not up tp previous years. I would qualift that statement by adding that most of what I have uploaded is of the highest quality.
I dont just photograph other people's work - I always try to add my view.
This festival came in the same weekend as the final of the Apprentice. And if you wondered where all the fired girls ended up they were here.
