Moss is inescapable here on the westside of the Cascade Mountains. Except for when I am hiking most of my dreams about moss are about the nightmare of removing it from the roof, the lawn, the terrace, etc.

I might have a bit over edited this photo, but this is the best result I can get to bring up the texutures in the frame.

And yeah, seems all my friedns love this moody feel, so am I. Maybe it doesn't really matter that the photo doesn't reflect the acutal colours or feel. Photos don't tell the truth all the time.
