This morning there was a mounted D.C. police officer at the Shaw/Howard MetroRail station. The horse looked like a Clydesdale mix. It has been so long since I've smelled horse or cow shit that I know if there's been a horse in my 'hood even when I can't see them, as I can certainly smell them. The officer was texting someone:
"OMG teh homo is taking my picture!"
I should have invited the officer to have his horse shit in my treebox.

Man, I MUST be old. I remember when people used to actually talk to each other. Now, it's sit on the couch like a mute and click away.
I can only assume that my grandchildren will probably be psychic. That way, they can completely do away with these unnecessary phones that are getting in the way and just think their conversations. I'm just glad I won't be around for that...I don't want people to know what I really think of them.
I spent a lot of time just staring into space feeling a little melancholy and jaded. I always feel like that when I am tired.

It was about 7:30 A.M. and I was in the office on a Saturday morning. I was getting things done and taking care of business. I noticed on my calendar it was my buddy Tim's birthday.
I guess I probably woke up him, but it was worth winning the "award for earliest message" on his birthday.
stupid ideas that get into my head and will not leave til executed. braincrack as one astonishing gentleman would call them...
