220x142mm I got this on Ebay mega cheap. It's a beautiful page! Dealer said 14th century. I think 1220s due to text, and numbering of chapters. Great handwriting. Book of Kings, ruled in plummet 55 lines dual column and the first line is written above the top line. There is a "VM 4511" written at the bottom; maybe from Bruce Ferrini originally????

A Coordenadoria de Serviços de Saúde (CSS), por meio de seu Centro Orçamentário e Financeiro, realizou, na manhã de 30 de janeiro de 2018, reunião com os diretores financeiros e de gerenciamento de 44 hospitais subordinados à Secretaria de Estado da Saúde de São Paulo. O evento teve como pauta orientações para a execução orçamentária e financeira do exercício, tendo como diretriz o Decreto 63.152, de 15 de janeiro de 2018.
A reunião foi ministrada pela diretora do Centro Orçamentário e Financeiro, Edna Freitas Assis, contando também com a presença do coordenador da CSS, Dr. Antonio Jorge Martins.
A CSS tem como uma de suas principais atribuições a coordenação, no âmbito da SES/SP das atividades dos hospitais e ambulatórios de especialidades próprios integrantes de sua estrutura. É também a instância responsável por acompanhar a execução financeira e orçamentária dos hospitais e de outras unidades de saúde sob gestão estadual, orientando, avaliando seus desempenhos, o impacto e o resultado dos serviços de saúde prestados.
