A question to those that are members in FB too.

In the last several days, when I use the button of FB, to share automatically, my post in Flickr, I get the note :

"D'oh! That didn't work. Please try again later. "

I prefer using this option of sharing, because the image is bigger, and also, this way, my Flickr photos are being download automatically to a Flickr gallery at FB.

For your advice I'll be thankful. Good night.

Artwork inspired by STING, One of my favorite singers.

If blood will flow when flesh and steel are one

Drying in the colour of the evening sun

Tomorrow’s rain will wash the stains away

But something in our minds will always stay

Perhaps this final act was meant

To clinch a lifetime’s argument

That nothing comes from violence and nothing ever could

For all those born beneath an angry star

Lest we forget how fragile we are

On and on the rain will fall

Like tears from a star like tears from a star

On and on the rain will say

How fragile we are how fragile we are

On and on the rain will fall

Like tears from a star like tears from a star

On and on the rain will say

How fragile we are how fragile we are

How fragile we are how fragile we are

Since we are fragile… Let the COLOURS Rule your HEART- ART…

Surprising for this morning... I must say. You suggested...(not me).

Around 7:00 a.m... (M@M )... Few details to remember..

There was a price of the cost.. a person, from Internet ( Musician).

A baby ( not mine... perhaps mine, not expecting anyway )..

There is a chance for a show in J.

I still did not write it... remembering only small part of the dream.

YES, The doves around woke me up... Otherwise , I would continue dreaming it.

AND... Don't make any speculations of the dream, please. Good day to all, may it bring good news and happy safety.

All right I was RIGHT... This evening, around the square... at about 20: 12... The same kind of hair.. saw no face, I assume the same family of m, from this morning dream..

Hey that was dangerous the place you were walking..

Probably I will be featured in Guinness World Records Book, for number of people , you send my way..

When young, a man may wish to carry his beloved woman... To feel her body, with it's weight.. warmth.. LIFE. To feel the belonging to one another, with it's significance.

Some grow older still may wish to do so...

As the years goes by, and the weight might change, as well as the body, or the emotions... The task might be different... Perhaps more difficult to carry. Perhaps deeper in EMOTIONS.

In this painting, I wish to deal not only with the physical aspect of what is seen here..

But far more behind the thought...

The ability to carry each other, as one is... With it's FULL MEANING.

May you be able to see the light in your life and those that are real in your world... and even more to appreciate it.

With love,

Happy Valentine's day!

Marion Dorn was one of the foremost textile designers of the period - and was commissioned in the late 1930s onwards to design some of the most assured designs of seating moquettes for London Underground trains. This simple and stylish adverts is quite a rarity and appeared in December 1933 in the DIA 'Design' magazine. Interesting in that no address is given, just the telephone number, FLAxman being the London exchange name.

Born in California, USA, in 1896 she met the artist and designer Edward McKnight Kauffer in 1926 whilst in Europe. They subsequently based themselves in London until 1940 when they returned to the US. She married Kauffer in 1950, prior to his death in 1954, and then in 1962 she moved to Tangier, where she died in 1964. Her works are many and varied - from single commissions (such as carpets for the White House) to fabrics and floor coverings for many of the major producers of the day.

Accessories design. Approx : 1992.

Silk hand- painted embedded, in Gold plated Bracelet.

Photographed on Hand-painted Silk designs of mine too.

We came to see an exhibit of Japanese textile designer Minagawa Makiko's stoles, two of which hang on the wall. This artist's work -- which the program says "redefine[s] Western ideas of what cloth can be made of and how it can be woven and patterned" -- shared a space with the works of 35 contemporary Japanese ceramicists. One exhibit was called "Contemporary Cloth," the other "Contemporary Clay." The two pots -- yes, pots -- in the glass case are examples of work which the museum says "challenge[s] the traditional supremacy of utilitarian forms while maintaining a respect for technical excellence." Both exhibits showed beautiful and provocative pieces.
