The Torre AgBar, in Barcelona, has 4.000 LED lights that can change in colour to produce evolving patterns. It even served as clock for the last seconds of the New Year:
As you can see, the windows are also arranged like a giant Tretris game.

two days ago i posted a photo titled "fruit ninja" (see comments). one of my contacts wrote that it reminded him jenga. so i thought i might make a picture of a proper "jenga apple". then it came to my mind that there was a game i used to enjoy even more...
anyway, thanks a lot to Flickering Ability for giving me that great hint. maybe some day i'll make a jenga apple too
ingredients: apple, knife, toothpicks and a little bit of photoshop magic

Acueducto de los Milagros. Merida.

Actually the back side of the Block 37 building, but I kind of think it looks a little bit like the Tetris peices.
Dearborn & Washington
This block of flats is just down the road from the Olympic Park in Barking, London. Robert and I had taken shots of this before, but nothing came of it. Today, I took a few more shots and liked this one.

2 pieces (tetriminos), orange and blue', of tetris light
- Tetris light
When stacked, the 7 tetriminos emit a warm glow of light. The colors are blue, yellow, pink, red, orange, green and purple. Remove a shape, and it turns off.
Chromed piping on each translucent shape safely conducts low voltage electricity, and ensures that the light will shine even if two pieces barely touch.
A perfect mood lamp at home, endlessly configurable.

Office building, part of 'The Barcode' project in Oslo, Norway
Cute tetris papercraft, the cool thing about this is that all of these are openable boxes rather than completely stuck down - guess who's getting strange gift boxes this christmas?! Found here
While I was in London in September I went back to St Pancras Station because I find the building fascinating, especially the roof, but I'm not sure what the Tetris-like thing hanging from the ceiling is supposed to be. When I went before there was something completely different hanging from the ceiling, so I guess they change the "artwork" from time to time.
Edit: Thanks to ducatidave60 I now know that the artwork is Chromolocomotion by David Batchelor (but I still prefer the Tetris idea :o))

- Tetris (Russian: Те́трис, pronounced [ˈtɛtrʲɪs]) is a Russian tile-matching puzzle video game, originally designed and programmed by Alexey Pajitnov. It was released on June 6, 1984.
He derived its name from the Greek numerical prefix tetra (all of the game's pieces contain four segments) and tennis.
A tetromino is a geometric shape composed of four squares, connected orthogonally. A popular use of tetrominoes is in the video game Tetris, where they have been called Tetriminos (spelled with an "i" as opposed to the "o" in "tetromino").
