You learn something every day! A Google Lens search reveals that this poster dates from about 1900. It is an Ashkenazi import, with German translations at the bottom. The search further reveals that it is an item called a mizrach, which means "east". It is displayed on the eastern wall of a house, indicating the direction of Jerusalem (which one faces for prayer, so every house needed one). The image search turned up dozens of similar mass market posters, all with the same layout: a central image of a rising sun, with a verse from Psalms reading, "From the rising of the sun to its setting, the name of the Lord is to be praised"; the Twelve Tribes of Israel at top; Moses and Aaron at bottom right and left, each flanked by a Lion of Judah; and the Western Wall at bottom center. I guess it was a thing!
