I have just bought this lens and thought I would test its macro capabilities after a shower of rain.I am happy with the results.
I bought a good few of these from the $1 store. And plan to put them in differing arrangements and add lights, to make some kind of industrial looking backdrops.
Since most of my pictures are done indoors. I'll like to try some things to vary my absent backgrounds.

I find it comforting to know that my sports drink has been tested in the lab and proven on the field. But what is that bandage on her forehead? Did she get that in the testing process? Oh well, its only 2 for $3.
