Testing the deployment of the Sentinel-1A radar antenna in the cleanroom at Thales Alenia Space in Cannes, France, on 21 January 2014. As the satellite is designed to operate in orbit, it is hung from a structure during tests to simulate weightlessness.

TEST LA, organized by the AHF Fall 2015 Interns, focused on reaching out to the Hollywood community, breaking down stigma associated with HIV/AIDS testing, and increasing awareness about the importance of knowing your status. Held on December 5, TEST LA supported the 20x20 campaign, a worldwide call to action to get 20 million people tested by 2020. Guests enjoyed free HIV testing, food, drinks, giveaways, a film screening and panel of special guests, and more!

Joey Ryan vs Karl “Machine Gun” Anderson took place at Mach 1 Wrestling’s Hall of Fame Cup in Anaheim, CA. Here, Joey and Karl engage in a Test of Strength in the semi-finals of the inaugural Hall of Fame Cup tournament. Ryan and Anderson are former NWA World Tag Team Champions. Karl Anderson is currently one half of the IWGP Tag Team Champions in Japan. The photo isn’t very sharp due to my distance from the ring and my little camera but I still like this shot.
This was a test shoot to try an idea. i didnt have much time to pull it off. but it looks cool. i know there are a few thing to fix.
Strobist:
I walked around the front of the car firing the flash manually. While a FireDancer from the other shots did his thing around the car. Do not try this at home. lol Power at about 1/4 . I should off done like 2 more one in the nose of the car and the back bumper. Live and learn.

Finally caught COVID for the first time in late August, from work. Interestingly I didn't test positive till 2 days after symptoms started.
Test shot with my new Canon L lens... it's horrible weather and I'm doomed to shoot crap at home. I manually focussed that photo in live view while holding it with my hands. D:
Did a quick flash diffusion test with my Tamron 90 lens at 1:1 of a test subject using my normal coke can diffuser on a bracket mounted 430Ex vs using a diffused Opteka 600 twin macro flash ( shot here www.flickr.com/photos/lordv/5577399335/ ). Far prefer the light from the single diffused flash with it's much larger ddiffuser head.
Another elements that will be used in the series Test Drive. Really not much to say about this -- tachometer, shot at night. I really like the glow off the dashboard.
