I took a film photography class at my school over summer last year and I really miss working with film. Hopefully everyone is doing well! I may get behind on my 52 weeeks project as the end of the year approaches with finals and lots of other tests.

Ok on this I took 3 jpegs files tweaked them a little in Photomatix- processed-then opened it in Adobe PSCS4 Tweaked a little- and used Nosie Ninja-Reduced to 8bit then saved- can't wait for a cloudy day to come

Day174 :: MORE TESTING by Andre Goosen

Day 2 of my new beauty-dish. This one was just a quick test to see what the light looks like without any modifiers on the dish. This is bare light straight from the dish.

PHOTOGRAPHER'S NOTES

I used a 580EXII in my 22" beauty dish to cam left and high set to 1/2 power. A second 580EXII to my right and behind for rim light.

LENS: Canon 24-70mm f2.8 L USM

LIGHTING: Canon 580ex II,

ISO 400 test shot from my new Canon G11. I sold my Ricoh GRD III. The GRD III was a really awesome and solid little camera. I had to sold it because I was going to use the money to pay for something and it overlaps with my Panasonic GF-1w/ the 20mm f/1.7 pancake lens. And instead I ended up buying the G11 on impulse :P
