Biden isn’t serious about opposing Palestinian terrorism
A bid to strengthen the Taylor Force Act that penalizes the Palestinian Authority’s “pay for slay” policy is necessary. But the administration is still evading the law in other ways.
(March 3, 2023 / JNS) The victim of the most recent Palestinian terrorist attack was a young American. Elan Ganeles, a 27-year-old native of West Hartford, Conn., was gunned down on the road between Jericho and the Dead Sea on Feb. 27. Though he had previously served in the Israel Defense Forces, Ganeles was currently living in New York and was murdered while on a trip to attend a friend’s wedding.
While this crime was condemned by the U.S. government, the Biden administration’s claims that it opposes Palestinian terrorism ring hollow for a number of reasons. Chief among them is the fact that although federal law prohibits the sending of financial assistance to the Palestinian Authority if it continues to pay salaries and pensions to terrorists, Biden continues to send aid to the P.A. with promises of more to come.
The law in question is the 2018 Taylor Force Act, named after another man in his 20s who was visiting Israel. Force also spent time in the military; he was a non-Jewish West Point graduate murdered by a Palestinian terrorist while studying abroad. The Force family and others worked tirelessly to get Congress to pass the law so as to use the immense financial leverage of the United States to pressure the P.A. and its leader, Mahmoud Abbas, to discontinue their practice of subsidizing and supporting acts of violence.
In addition to signing the Taylor Force Act into law, former President Donald Trump cut off all forms of aid to the P.A. over the issue of their support of terrorism. Abbas had tried to con Trump, who was fairly ignorant about the issue when he arrived in office, into thinking that he was a man of peace on that first meeting with him in the White House. But by the time Trump met with Abbas on his visit to Israel and the territories in May 2017, the president had gotten wise to the veteran PLO bureaucrat’s grift. He reportedly pounded the table during his meeting with Abbas and demanded that he stop the “pay for slay” policies.
Though the Palestinians and some of their Western apologists like to argue that the money merely constitutes welfare payments to the needy, the system generates as much as $350 million a year to terrorists and those connected to them via their “Martyrs Fund.” The payments are on a sliding scale with those who shed blood and kill people getting more than those who merely commit assaults and fail to kill their victims.
More to the point, it is so important to the political culture of the Palestinians that despite the real financial hardships imposed by Trump’s aid cutoff, Abbas refused to end those payments. Indeed, it can be argued that it would be impossible for him or any successor to the ailing 87-year-old former assistant to arch-terrorist Yasser Arafat to do so and survive politically against their Islamist rivals Hamas and Palestinian Islamic Jihad based in the Gaza Strip.
But rather than turning up the heat on Abbas, Trump’s successor has done the opposite. As he has with most of what Trump did, Biden immediately reversed his ban on aid to the Palestinians once he took office, and vast sums have poured into various Palestinian agencies. Though his foreign-policy team continues to insist that they are managing all this without committing technical violations of the Taylor Force Act, they have promised to increase this aid.
They’re doing so in part as a way to bludgeon Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and his government. Biden’s team despises the current governing coalition because of its right-wing and religious composition, and because of the grudges that most of them still hold against Netanyahu dating back to their service under former President Barack Obama.
Indeed, despite the recent surge of Palestinian terror that has cost the lives of 13 Israelis in the last few weeks, Washington remains focused on its anger at Netanyahu’s government. That’s because of its commitment to strengthening Jewish communities in Judea and Samaria, and plans for judicial reform. Though they have no right taking any position on the issue of efforts to rein in Israel’s out-of-control Supreme Court, they are taking a cue from the Israeli opposition (which, in turn, is mimicking Democratic Party talking points in the 2022 midterm elections in the United States) and claim that it threatens democracy.
While intervening in Israeli domestic politics is an irresistible temptation for Democrats, Biden and his aides would do more for peace in the Middle East if they were more interested in stopping Abbas from paying terrorists than looking for ways to reward him.
Still, there are some people in Washington who are paying attention to the fate of Ganeles and understand that there is something Congress can do to strengthen the Taylor Force Act, even while Biden tries to undermine it.
Sen. Tom Cotton (R-Ark.) knows that even if Biden were trying to stop the Palestinians rather than covering for them, Abbas and his Fatah Party will continue to use foreign aid to pay those who murder Israelis and Americans. So he is planning to introduce a bill that will put more teeth in the legislation. His bill would prevent any bank that processes or facilitates payments to terrorists from doing business in the United States or using dollars in any transaction. It would also restrict any financial institution that did or does business with Hamas.
Given the global commercial network that connects most fiscal institutions large and small throughout most of the world, this would inflict considerable hardship on the P.A. That’s because it needs its banks to have connections to the West in order for it to receive the massive payments it gets from international bodies and European governments, much of which is lost due to the rampant corruption in the P.A. that extends all the way up to Abbas and his family.
Cotton first tried to pass this bill back in 2021, but it failed in the Senate due to opposition from Democrats and indifference from some establishment Republicans. The latter may still be an obstacle. According to Jewish Insider, Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.), who was the original principal sponsor of the Taylor Force Act, thinks it isn’t necessary. Graham actually thinks the act is working well.
That is a typical congressional reaction. Having passed a law that was supposed to deal with a challenging issue, Graham, who spends most of his time lately promoting more U.S. involvement in Ukraine’s war with Russia, considered the problem solved once his bill was passed. That’s true even if, as with Palestinian terrorism, the law isn’t doing what it’s supposed to do because of loopholes and the executive branch’s unwillingness to enforce it.
Though the odds are still against him given the lack of Democratic interest in stopping Palestinian terrorism, Cotton is still to be commended for trying. But as long as Biden is committed to evading the Taylor Force Act, Washington will still be part of the problem rather than the solution.
With the intersectional left largely calling the tune in a Biden administration that has been in thrall to so-called “progressives” and their even more radical allies in the congressional “Squad” since it took office on a host of issues, the issue goes deeper than mere indifference. In a party and administration where adherence to toxic left-wing myths like critical race theory is pervasive, the labeling of Israel as a state benefiting from “white privilege” and oppressing “people of color” is routine. Among such people, genuine concern about terrorist murders of Israelis isn’t terribly likely. That’s why despite lip service being paid to the memory of Elan Ganeles, the Biden administration has become a principal obstacle to efforts to end Palestinian terrorism.

Tear Drop Memorial
To the Struggle Against World Terrorism (also known as the Tear of Grief and the Tear Drop Memorial) is a 10–story sculpture by Zurab Tsereteli that was given to the United States as an official gift of the Russian government as a memorial to the victims of the September 11 attacks and the 1993 World Trade Center bombing. It stands at the end of the former Military Ocean Terminal in Bayonne, New Jersey, and was dedicated on September 11, 2006, in a ceremony attended by former U.S. President Bill Clinton and then–President of Russia Vladimir Putin.

Terrorism is often, though not always, defined in terms of four characteristics:
(1) the threat or use of violence;
(2) a political objective; the desire to change the status quo;
(3) the intention to spread fear by committing spectacular public acts;
(4) the intentional targeting of civilians {dema.az.gov}

The September 11, 2001 attacks (often referred to as 9/11) were a series of coordinated suicide attacks by al-Qaeda upon the United States. On that morning, terrorists affiliated with al-Qaeda hijacked four commercial passenger jet airliners.[1][2] The hijackers intentionally crashed two of the airliners into the World Trade Center in New York City, resulting in the collapse of both buildings soon afterward and extensive damage to nearby buildings. The hijackers crashed a third airliner into the Pentagon. The fourth plane crashed into a field near Shanksville in rural Somerset County, Pennsylvania after passengers and members of the flight crew on the fourth aircraft attempted to retake control of their plane.
Excluding the 19 hijackers, 2,974 people died as an immediate result of the attacks with another 24 missing and presumed dead. The overwhelming majority of casualties were civilians, including nationals from over 90 different countries. In addition, the death of at least one person from lung disease was ruled by a medical examiner to be a result of exposure to dust from the World Trade Center's collapse, as rescue and recovery workers were exposed to airborne contaminants following the World Trade Center's collapse.
The attacks had major ramifications around the world, with the United States declaring a War on Terrorism in response and launching an invasion of Afghanistan to depose the Taliban, who had been accused of willfully harboring terrorists. The United States passed the USA PATRIOT Act, as many nations around the world strengthened their anti-terrorism legislation and expanded law enforcement powers. Stock exchanges were closed for almost a week, and posted enormous losses immediately upon reopening, with airline and insurance industries suffering the greatest financial losses. The economy of Lower Manhattan ground to a halt, as billions of dollars in office space was damaged or destroyed.
The damage to the Pentagon was cleared and repaired within a year, and a small memorial built on the site. Rebuilding the World Trade Center site has been more contentious, with controversy over possible designs as well as the pace of construction. The selection of the Freedom Tower for the site has drawn extensive criticism, forcing the abandonment of some parts of the project.
Attacks
Early in the morning on September 11, 2001, nineteen terrorists hijacked four commercial airliners en route to California from Logan International, Dulles International, and Newark airports.[1] The hijackers flew two of the airliners, American Airlines Flight 11 and United Airlines Flight 175, into the North and South Towers of the World Trade Center.[3] Another group of hijackers flew American Airlines Flight 77 into the Pentagon, and a fourth flight, United Airlines Flight 93, whose ultimate target was the U.S. Capitol building, crashed near Shanksville, Pennsylvania.[4][5]
During the hijacking of the airplanes, some passengers and crew members were able to make phone calls using the cabin GTE airphone service and mobile phones.[6][7] They reported that several hijackers were aboard each plane. The terrorists had reportedly taken control of the aircraft by using knives and box-cutter knives to kill flight attendants and at least one pilot or passenger, including the captain of Flight 11, John Ogonowski.[8] The 9/11 Commission established that two of the hijackers had recently purchased Leatherman multi-function hand tools.[9] Some form of noxious chemical spray, such as tear gas or pepper spray, was reported to have been used on American 11 and United 175 to keep passengers out of the first-class cabin.[10] A flight attendant on Flight 11, a passenger on Flight 175, and passengers on Flight 93 mentioned that the hijackers had bombs, but one of the passengers also mentioned he thought the bombs were fake. No traces of explosives were found at the crash sites. The 9/11 Commission Report believed the bombs were probably fake.[8]
On United Airlines Flight 93, black box recordings revealed that crew and passengers attempted to seize control of the plane from the hijackers after learning through phone calls that similarly hijacked planes had been crashed into buildings that morning.[11][12] According to the transcript of Flight 93's recorder, one of the hijackers gave the order to roll the plane once it became evident that they would lose control of the plane to the passengers.[13] Soon afterward, the aircraft crashed into a field near Shanksville in Stonycreek Township, Somerset County, Pennsylvania, at 10:03:11 a.m. local time (14:03:11 UTC). Al-Qaeda leader Khalid Sheikh Mohammed mentioned in a 2002 interview with Yosri Fouda, an al Jazeera journalist, that Flight 93's target was the United States Capitol, which was given the code name "the Faculty of Law".[14]
Three buildings in the World Trade Center Complex collapsed due to structural failure on the day of the attack.[15] The south tower (2 WTC) fell at approximately 9:59 a.m., after burning for 56 minutes in a fire caused by the impact of United Airlines Flight 175.[15] The north tower (1 WTC) collapsed at 10:28 a.m., after burning for approximately 102 minutes.[15] When the north tower collapsed, debris heavily damaged the nearby 7 World Trade Center (7 WTC) building. Its structural integrity was further compromised by fires, and the building collapsed later in the day at 5:20 p.m.[16]
The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) launched investigations into the cause of collapse for the three buildings, subsequently expanding the investigation to include questions over measures to prevent progressive collapse, such as fire resistance design and retrofitting of structural steel. The report into 1 WTC and 2 WTC was concluded in October 2005, and the investigation into 7 WTC is ongoing.[17][18] The current NIST hypothesis attributes the collapse to "fire and/or debris induced structural damage."[18]
The attacks created widespread confusion among news organizations and air traffic controllers across the United States. All international civilian air traffic was banned from landing on US soil for three days.[19] Aircraft already in flight were either turned back or redirected to airports in Canada or Mexico. News sources aired unconfirmed and often contradictory reports throughout the day. One of the most prevalent of these reported that a car bomb had been detonated at the U.S. State Department's headquarters in Washington, D.C.[20] Soon after reporting for the first time on the Pentagon crash, CNN and other media also briefly reported that a fire had broken out on the Washington Mall.[21] Another report went out on the AP wire, claiming that a Delta 767—Flight 1989—had been hijacked. This report, too, turned out to be in error; the plane was briefly thought to represent a hijack risk, but it responded to controllers and landed safely in Cleveland, Ohio.
Casualties
There were 2,974 fatalities, excluding the 19 hijackers: 246 on the four planes (from which there were no survivors), 2,603 in New York City in the towers and on the ground, and 125 at the Pentagon.[23][24] An additional 24 people remain listed as missing.[25] All of the fatalities in the attacks were civilians except for 55 military personnel killed at the Pentagon.[26] More than 90 countries lost citizens in the attacks on the World Trade Center.[27]
NIST estimated that approximately 17,400 civilians were in the World Trade Center complex at the time of the attacks, while turnstile counts from the Port Authority suggest that 14,154 people were typically in the Twin Towers by 8:45 a.m.[28][29] The vast majority of people below the impact zone safely evacuated the buildings, along with 18 individuals who were in the impact zone in the south tower.[30] 1,366 people died who were at or above the floors of impact in the North Tower.[31] According to the Commission Report, hundreds were killed instantly by the impact, while the rest were trapped and died after the tower collapsed.[32] As many as 600 people were killed instantly or were trapped at or above the floors of impact in the South Tower.
At least 200 people jumped to their deaths from the burning towers (as depicted in the photograph "The Falling Man"), landing on the streets and rooftops of adjacent buildings hundreds of feet below.[39] Some of the occupants of each tower above its point of impact made their way upward toward the roof in hope of helicopter rescue, but the roof access doors were locked. No plan existed for helicopter rescues, and on September 11, the thick smoke and intense heat would have prevented helicopters from conducting rescues.[40]
A total of 411 emergency workers who responded to the scene died as they attempted to implement rescue and fire suppression efforts. The New York City Fire Department lost 341 firefighters and 2 FDNY Paramedics.[41] The New York City Police Department lost 23 officers.[42] The Port Authority Police Department lost 37 officers.[43] Private EMS units lost 8 additional EMTs and paramedics.[44][45]
Cantor Fitzgerald L.P., an investment bank on the 101st–105th floors of One World Trade Center, lost 658 employees, considerably more than any other employer.[46] Marsh Inc., located immediately below Cantor Fitzgerald on floors 93–101 (the location of Flight 11's impact), lost 295 employees, and 175 employees of Aon Corporation were killed.[47] After New York, New Jersey was the hardest hit state, with the city of Hoboken sustaining the most fatalities.[48]
Weeks after the attack, the estimated death toll was over 6,000.[49] The city was only able to identify remains for approximately 1,600 of the victims at the World Trade Center. The medical examiner's office also collected "about 10,000 unidentified bone and tissue fragments that cannot be matched to the list of the dead."[50] Bone fragments were still being found in 2006 as workers were preparing to demolish the damaged Deutsche Bank Building.
Damage
In addition to the 110-floor Twin Towers of the World Trade Center itself, numerous other buildings at the World Trade Center site were destroyed or badly damaged, including 7 World Trade Center, 6 World Trade Center, 5 World Trade Center, 4 World Trade Center, the Marriott World Trade Center and St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church.[51] The Deutsche Bank Building across Liberty Street from the World Trade Center complex was later condemned due to the uninhabitable, toxic conditions inside the office tower, and is undergoing deconstruction.[52][53] The Borough of Manhattan Community College's Fiterman Hall at 30 West Broadway was also condemned due to extensive damage in the attacks, and is slated for deconstruction.[54] Other neighboring buildings including 90 West Street and the Verizon Building suffered major damage, but have since been restored.[55] World Financial Center buildings, One Liberty Plaza, the Millenium Hilton, and 90 Church Street had moderate damage.[56] Communications equipment atop the North Tower, including broadcast radio, television and two-way radio antenna towers were also destroyed, but media stations were quickly able to reroute signals and resume broadcasts.[51][57] In Arlington County, a portion of the Pentagon was severely damaged by fire and one section of the building collapsed.
Rescue and recovery
The Fire Department of New York City (FDNY) quickly deployed 200 units (half of the department) to the site, whose efforts were supplemented by numerous off-duty firefighters and EMTs.[59][60][61] The New York Police Department (NYPD) sent Emergency Service Units (ESU) and other police personnel.[62] During the emergency response, FDNY commanders, the NYPD, and the Port Authority police had limited ability to share information and coordinate their efforts.[59] The NYPD, FDNY, and Port Authority police did redundant searches for civilians, rather than coordinate efforts among the agencies.[63] As conditions deteriorated, the NYPD received information from its helicopters, and were able to pass along evacuation orders that allowed most of its officers to safely evacuate before the buildings collapsed.[62][63] However, radio communications between the NYPD and FDNY were incompatible and the information did not get to FDNY commanders. After the first tower collapsed, FDNY commanders experienced difficulties communicating evacuation orders to firefighters inside the towers due to malfunctioning radio repeater systems in the World Trade Center. 9-1-1 dispatchers also received information from callers that was not passed along.[60] Within hours of the attack, a massive search and rescue operation was launched. Rescue and recovery efforts took months to complete.
Attackers and their motivation
The attacks were consistent with the overall mission statement of al-Qaeda, as set out in a 1998 fatwā issued by Osama bin Laden, Ayman al-Zawahiri, Ahmed Refai Taha, Mir Hamzah, and Fazlur Rahman declaring that it was the "duty of every Muslim" to "kill Americans anywhere."
Al-Qaeda
The origins of al-Qaeda date back to 1979 when the Soviet Union invaded Afghanistan. Soon after the invasion, Osama bin Laden traveled to Afghanistan where he helped organize Arab mujahideen and established the Maktab al-Khidamat (MAK) organization to resist the Soviets. In 1989, as the Soviets withdrew, MAK was transformed into a "rapid reaction force" in jihad against governments across the Muslim world. Under the guidance of al-Zawahiri, Osama became more radical.[68] In 1996, bin Laden issued his first fatwā which called for American soldiers to leave Saudi Arabia.[69]
In a second fatwā issued in 1998, bin Laden outlined his objections to American foreign policy towards Israel, as well as the continued presence of American troops in Saudi Arabia after the Gulf War.[70] Bin Laden used Islamic texts to exhort violent action against American military and citizenry until the stated grievances are reversed, noting "ulema have throughout Islamic history unanimously agreed that the jihad is an individual duty if the enemy destroys the Muslim countries."
Planning of the attacks
The idea for the September 11 plot came from Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, who first presented the idea to bin Laden in 1996.[71] At that point, Bin Laden and al-Qaeda were in a period of transition, having just relocated back to Afghanistan from Sudan.[72] The 1998 African Embassy bombings marked a turning point, with bin Laden intent on attacking the United States.[72] In late 1998 or early 1999, bin Laden gave approval for Mohammed to go forward with organizing the plot.[72] A series of meetings occurred in spring of 1999, involving Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, Osama bin Laden, and his deputy Mohammed Atef.[72] Bin Laden provided leadership for the plot, along with financial support.[72] Bin Laden was also involved in selecting people to participate in the plot, including choosing Mohamed Atta as the lead hijacker.[73] As many as 27 members of al-Qaeda attempted to enter the United States to take part in the September 11 attacks.[8] Mohammed provided operational support, such as selecting targets and helping arrange travel for the hijackers.[72] Bin Laden overruled Mohammed, rejecting some potential targets such as the U.S. Bank Tower in Los Angeles[74] because "there was not enough time to prepare for such an operation".[75]
The National Commission on Terrorist Attacks upon the United States was formed by the United States government and was commonly called the 9/11 Commission. It released its report on July 22, 2004, concluding that the attacks were conceived and implemented by members of al-Qaeda. The Commission stated that "9/11 plotters eventually spent somewhere between $400,000 and $500,000 to plan and conduct their attack, but that the specific origin of the funds used to execute the attacks remained unknown."
Hijackers
Fifteen of the attackers were from Saudi Arabia, two from the United Arab Emirates, one from Egypt, and one from Lebanon.[77] In sharp contrast to the standard profile of suicide bombers, the hijackers were well-educated, mature adults, whose belief systems were fully formed.[78]
Within hours of the attacks, the FBI was able to determine the names and in many cases the personal details of the suspected pilots and hijackers.[79][80] Mohamed Atta's luggage, which did not make the connection from his Portland flight onto Flight 11, contained papers that revealed the identity of all 19 hijackers, and other important clues about their plans, motives, and backgrounds.[81] On the day of the attacks, the National Security Agency intercepted communications that pointed to Osama bin Laden, as did German intelligence agencies.
On September 27, 2001, the FBI released photos of the 19 hijackers, along with information about the possible nationalities and aliases of many.[84] The FBI investigation into the attacks, code named operation PENTTBOM, was the largest and most complex investigation in the history of the FBI, involving over 7,000 special agents.[85] The United States government determined that al-Qaeda, headed by Osama bin Laden, bore responsibility for the attacks, with the FBI stating "evidence linking al-Qaeda and bin Laden to the attacks of September 11 is clear and irrefutable".[86] The Government of the United Kingdom reached the same conclusion regarding al-Qaeda and Osama bin Laden's culpability for the September 11, 2001 attacks.
Osama bin Laden
Osama bin Laden's declaration of a holy war against the United States, and a fatwā signed by bin Laden and others calling for the killing of American civilians in 1998, are seen by investigators as evidence of his motivation to commit such acts.
Bin Laden initially denied, but later admitted, involvement in the incidents.[89][90] On September 16, 2001, bin Laden denied any involvement with the attacks by reading a statement which was broadcast by Qatar's Al Jazeera satellite channel: "I stress that I have not carried out this act, which appears to have been carried out by individuals with their own motivation."[91] This denial was broadcast on U.S. news networks and worldwide.
In November 2001, U.S. forces recovered a videotape from a destroyed house in Jalalabad, Afghanistan, in which Osama bin Laden is talking to Khaled al-Harbi. In the tape, bin Laden admits foreknowledge of the attacks.[92] The tape was broadcast on various news networks from December 13, 2001. His distorted appearance on the tape has been attributed to tape transfer artifact.[93]
On December 27, 2001, a second bin Laden video was released. In the video, he states, "Terrorism against America deserves to be praised because it was a response to injustice, aimed at forcing America to stop its support for Israel, which kills our people," but he stopped short of admitting responsibility for the attacks.[94]
Shortly before the U.S. presidential election in 2004, in a taped statement, bin Laden publicly acknowledged al-Qaeda's involvement in the attacks on the U.S, and admitted his direct link to the attacks. He said that the attacks were carried out because "we are free…and want to regain freedom for our nation. As you undermine our security we undermine yours."[95] Osama bin Laden says he had personally directed the 19 hijackers.[96] In the video, he says, "We had agreed with the Commander-General Muhammad Atta, Allah have mercy on him, that all the operations should be carried out within 20 minutes, before Bush and his administration notice."[90] Another video obtained by Al Jazeera in September 2006 shows Osama bin Laden with Ramzi Binalshibh, as well as two hijackers, Hamza al-Ghamdi and Wail al-Shehri, as they make preparations for the attacks.
Khalid Sheikh Mohammed
In a 2002 interview with al Jazeera journalist Yosri Fouda, Khalid Sheikh Mohammed admitted his involvement, along with Ramzi Binalshibh, in the "Holy Tuesday operation."[98] The 9/11 Commission Report determined that the animosity towards the United States felt by Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, the "principal architect" of the 9/11 attacks, stemmed "not from his experiences there as a student, but rather from his violent disagreement with U.S. foreign policy favoring Israel."[72] Mohamed Atta shared this same motivation. Ralph Bodenstein, a former classmate of Atta described him as "most imbued actually about... U.S. protection of these Israeli politics in the region."[99] Abdulaziz al-Omari, a hijacker aboard Flight 11 with Mohamed Atta, said in his video will, "My work is a message those who heard me and to all those who saw me at the same time it is a message to the infidels that you should leave the Arabian peninsula defeated and stop giving a hand of help to the coward Jews in Palestine."[100]
Khalid Sheikh Mohammed was arrested on March 1, 2003 in Rawalpindi, Pakistan.[101] Mohammed ultimately ended up at Guantanamo Bay. During US hearings in March 2007, which have been "widely criticized by lawyers and human rights groups as sham tribunals", Mohammed again confessed his responsibility for the attacks, "I was responsible for the 9/11 operation, from A to Z."
Other al-Qaeda members
In "Substitution for Testimony of Khalid Sheik Mohammed" from the trial of Zacarias Moussaoui, five people are identified as having been completely aware of the operations details. They are: Osama bin Laden, Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, Ramzi Binalshibh, Abu Turab Al-Urduni and Mohammed Atef.[104] To date, only peripheral figures have been tried or convicted in connection with the attacks. Bin Laden has not yet been formally indicted for the attacks.[105]
On September 26, 2005, the Spanish high court directed by judge Baltasar Garzón sentenced Abu Dahdah to 27 years of imprisonment for conspiracy on the 9/11 attacks and as part of the terrorist organization al-Qaeda. At the same time, another 17 al-Qaeda members were sentenced to penalties of between six and eleven years.[106][107] On February 16, 2006, the Spanish Supreme Court reduced the Abu Dahdah penalty to 12 years because it considered that his participation in the conspiracy was not proven.
Motive
Many of the eventual findings of the 9/11 Commission with respect to motives have been supported by other experts. Counter-terrorism expert Richard A. Clarke explains in his book, Against All Enemies, that U.S. foreign policy decisions including "confronting Moscow in Afghanistan, inserting the U.S. military in the Persian Gulf," and "strengthening Israel as a base for a southern flank against the Soviets" contributed to al-Qaeda's motives.[109] Others, such as Jason Burke, foreign correspondent for The Observer, focus on a more political aspect to the motive, stating that "bin Laden is an activist with a very clear sense of what he wants and how he hopes to achieve it. Those means may be far outside the norms of political activity [...] but his agenda is a basically political one."[110]
A variety of scholarship has also focused on bin Laden's overall strategy as a motive for the attacks. For instance, correspondent Peter Bergen argues that the attacks were part of a plan to cause the United States to increase its military and cultural presence in the Middle East, thereby forcing Muslims to confront the "evils" of a non-Muslim government and establish conservative Islamic governments in the region.[111] Michael Scott Doran, correspondent for Foreign Affairs, further emphasizes the "mythic" use of the term "spectacular" in bin Laden's response to the attacks, explaining that he was attempting to provoke a visceral reaction in the Middle East and ensure that Muslim citizens would react as violently as possible to an increase in U.S. involvement in their region.
Aftermath
Immediate national response
The 9/11 attacks had immediate and overwhelming effects upon the people of the United States. Many police officers and rescue workers elsewhere in the country took leaves of absence to travel to New York City to assist in the process of recovering bodies from the twisted remnants of the Twin Towers.[113] Blood donations across the U.S. also saw a surge in the weeks after 9/11.[114][115] For the first time in history, all nonemergency civilian aircraft in the United States and several other countries including Canada were immediately grounded, stranding tens of thousands of passengers across the world.[116] Any international flights were closed to American airspace by the Federal Aviation Administration, causing flights to be redirected to other countries. Canada was one of the main recipients of diverted flights and launched Operation Yellow Ribbon to deal with the large numbers of grounded planes and stranded passengers.
War on Terrorism
The NATO council declared that the attacks on the United States were considered an attack on all NATO nations and, as such, satisfied Article 5 of the NATO charter.[118] In the immediate aftermath of the attacks, the Bush administration declared a war on terrorism, with the stated goals of bringing Osama bin Laden and al-Qaeda to justice and preventing the emergence of other terrorist networks. These goals would be accomplished by means including economic and military sanctions against states perceived as harboring terrorists and increasing global surveillance and intelligence sharing. The second-biggest operation of the U.S. Global War on Terrorism outside of the United States, and the largest directly connected to terrorism, was the overthrow of the Taliban rule of Afghanistan by a U.S.-led coalition. The United States was not the only nation to increase its military readiness, with other notable examples being the Philippines and Indonesia, countries that have their own internal conflicts with Islamist terrorism.[119][120] U.S. officials speculated on possible involvement by Saddam Hussein immediately afterwards.[121] Although these suspicions were unfounded, the association contributed to public acceptance for the 2003 invasion of Iraq.
Domestic response
Following the attacks, President Bush's job approval rating soared to 86%.[122] On September 20, 2001, the U.S. president spoke before the nation and a joint session of the United States Congress, regarding the events of that day, the intervening nine days of rescue and recovery efforts, and his intent in response to those events. In addition, the highly visible role played by New York City mayor Rudy Giuliani won him high praise nationally and in New York.[123] Many relief funds were immediately set up to assist victims of the attacks, with the task of providing financial assistance to the survivors of the attacks and to the families of victims. By the deadline for victim's compensation, September 11, 2003, 2,833 applications had been received from the families of those killed.[124]
Contingency plans for the continuity of government and the evacuation of leaders were also implemented almost immediately after the attacks.[116] Congress, however, was not told that the United States was under a continuity of government status until February 2002.[125]
Within the United States, Congress passed and President Bush signed the Homeland Security Act of 2002, creating the Department of Homeland Security, representing the largest restructuring of the U.S. government in contemporary history. Congress also passed the USA PATRIOT Act, stating that it would help detect and prosecute terrorism and other crimes. Civil liberties groups have criticized the PATRIOT Act, saying that it allows law enforcement to invade the privacy of citizens and eliminates judicial oversight of law-enforcement and domestic intelligence gathering.[126][127][128] The Bush Administration also invoked 9/11 as the reason to initiate a secret National Security Agency operation, "to eavesdrop on telephone and e-mail communications between the United States and people overseas without a warrant."
Hate crimes
Numerous incidents of harassment and hate crimes were reported against Middle Easterners and other "Middle Eastern-looking" people, particularly Sikhs, because Sikh males usually wear turbans, which are stereotypically associated with Muslims in the United States. There were reports of verbal abuse, attacks on mosques and other religious buildings (including the firebombing of a Hindu temple) and assaults on people, including one murder: Balbir Singh Sodhi was fatally shot on September 15, 2001. He, like others, was a Sikh who was mistaken for a Muslim.
Muslim American reaction
Top Muslim organizations in the United States were swift to condemn the attacks on 9/11 and called "upon Muslim Americans to come forward with their skills and resources to help alleviate the sufferings of the affected people and their families". Top organizations include: Islamic Society of North America, American Muslim Alliance, American Muslim Council, Council on American-Islamic Relations, The Islamic Circle of North America, and the Shari'a Scholars Association of North America. In addition to massive monetary donations, many Islamic organizations launched blood drives and provided medical assistance, food, and residence for victims.[131]
Following the attacks, 80,000 Arab and Muslim immigrants were fingerprinted and registered under the Alien Registration Act of 1940. 8,000 Arab and Muslim men were interviewed, and 5,000 foreign nationals were detained under Joint Congressional Resolution 107-40 authorizing the use of military force "to deter and prevent acts of international terrorism against the United States."
International response
The attacks were denounced by mainstream media and governments worldwide. Across the globe, nations offered pro-American support and solidarity.[133] Leaders in most Middle Eastern countries, including Afghanistan, condemned the attacks. Iraq was a notable exception, with an immediate official statement that "the American cowboys are reaping the fruit of their crimes against humanity."[134] Another publicized exception was the celebration of some Palestinians.[135]
Approximately one month after the attacks, the United States led a broad coalition of international forces in the removal of the Taliban regime for harboring the al-Qaeda organization.[136] The Pakistani authorities moved decisively to align themselves with the United States in a war against the Taliban and al-Qaeda. Pakistan provided the United States a number of military airports and bases for its attack on the Taliban regime and arrested over 600 supposed al-Qaeda members, whom it handed over to the United States.[137]
Numerous countries, including the UK, India, Australia, France, Germany, Indonesia, China, Canada, Russia, Pakistan, Jordan, Mauritius, Uganda and Zimbabwe introduced "anti-terrorism" legislation and froze the bank accounts of businesses and individuals they suspected of having al-Qaeda ties.[138][139] Law enforcement and intelligence agencies in a number of countries, including Italy, Malaysia, Indonesia, and the Philippines arrested people they labeled terrorist suspects for the stated purpose of breaking up militant cells around the world.[140][141] In the U.S., this aroused some controversy, as critics such as the Bill of Rights Defense Committee argued that traditional restrictions on federal surveillance (e.g. COINTELPRO's monitoring of public meetings) were "dismantled" by the USA PATRIOT Act.[142] Civil liberty organizations such as the American Civil Liberties Union and Liberty argued that certain civil rights protections were also being circumvented.[143][144] The United States set up a detention center at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, to hold what they termed "illegal enemy combatants". The legitimacy of these detentions has been questioned by, among others, the European Parliament, the Organization of American States, and Amnesty International.
Conspiracy theories
Various conspiracy theories have emerged subsequent to the attacks suggesting that individuals inside the United States knew the attacks were coming and deliberately chose not to prevent them, or that individuals outside of the terrorist organization al-Qaeda planned or carried out the attacks.[148] The community of civil engineers generally accepts the mainstream account that the impacts of jets at high speeds in combination with subsequent fires, rather than controlled demolition, led to the collapse of the Twin Towers.
Investigations
9/11 Commission
The National Commission on Terrorist Attacks Upon the United States (9/11 Commission), chaired by former New Jersey Governor Thomas Kean,[150] was formed in late 2002 to prepare a full and complete account of the circumstances surrounding the attacks, including preparedness for, and the immediate response to, the attacks. On July 22, 2004, the 9/11 Commission issued the 9/11 Commission Report. The commission and its report have been subject to various forms of criticism.
Collapse of the World Trade Center
A federal technical building and fire safety investigation of the collapses of the Twin Towers and 7 WTC has been conducted by the United States Department of Commerce's National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST). The goals of this investigation were to investigate why the buildings collapsed, the extent of injuries and fatalities, and the procedures involved in designing and managing the World Trade Center.[153]
The report concluded that the fireproofing on the Twin Towers' steel infrastructures was blown off by the initial impact of the planes and that, if this had not occurred, the towers would likely have remained standing.[154] Gene Corley, the director of the original investigation, commented that "the towers really did amazingly well. The terrorist aircraft didn’t bring the buildings down; it was the fire which followed. It was proven that you could take out two thirds of the columns in a tower and the building would still stand." [155] The fires weakened the trusses supporting the floors, making the floors sag. The sagging floors pulled on the exterior steel columns to the point where exterior columns bowed inward. With the damage to the core columns, the buckling exterior columns could no longer support the buildings, causing them to collapse. In addition, the report asserts that the towers' stairwells were not adequately reinforced to provide emergency escape for people above the impact zones. NIST stated that the final report on the collapse of 7 WTC will appear in a separate report.[156][157] This was confirmed by an independent study by Purdue University.
Internal review of the CIA
The Inspector General of the CIA conducted an internal review of the CIA's pre-9/11 performance, and was harshly critical of senior CIA officials for not doing everything possible to confront terrorism, including failing to stop two of the 9/11 hijackers, Nawaf al-Hazmi and Khalid al-Mihdhar, as they entered the United States and failing to share information on the two men with the FBI.[159]
In May 2007, senators from both the Democratic Party and the Republican Party drafted legislation that would openly present an internal CIA investigative report. One of the backers, Senator Ron Wyden stated "The American people have a right to know what the Central Intelligence Agency was doing in those critical months before 9/11.... I am going to bulldog this until the public gets it." The report investigates the responsibilities of individual CIA personnel before and after the 9/11 attacks. The report was completed in 2005, but its details have never been released to the public.
Long-term effects
Economic aftermath
The attacks had a significant economic impact on the United States and world markets. The New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), the American Stock Exchange, and NASDAQ did not open on September 11 and remained closed until September 17. When the stock markets reopened, the Dow Jones Industrial Average (“DJIA”) stock market index fell 684 points, or 7.1%, to 8921, its biggest-ever one-day point decline.[161] By the end of the week, the DJIA had fallen 1,369.7 points (14.3%), its largest one-week point drop in history.[162] U.S. stocks lost $1.4 trillion in value for the week.[162] In New York City, there were approximately 430,000 lost job months and $2.8 billion in lost wages, which occurred in the three months following the 9/11 attacks. The economic effects were mainly focused on the city's export economy sectors.[163] The GDP for New York City was estimated to have declined by $27.3 billion for the last three months of 2001 and all of 2002. The Federal government provided $11.2 billion in immediate assistance to the Government of New York City in September 2001, and $10.5 billion in early 2002 for economic development and infrastructure needs.[164]
The 9/11 attacks also had great impact on small businesses in Lower Manhattan, located near the World Trade Center. Approximately 18,000 small businesses were destroyed or displaced after the attacks. The Small Business Administration provided loans as assistance, while Community Development Block Grants and Economic Injury Disaster Loans were other ways that the Federal Government provided assistance to small business effected by the 9/11 attacks.[164] 31.9 million square feet of Lower Manhattan office space was either damaged or destroyed.[165] Many questioned whether these lost jobs would ever be restored, and whether the damaged tax base could ever recover.[166] Economic studies of the effects of 9/11 have confirmed that the impact of the attacks on the Manhattan office market as well as on office employment was more limited than initially expected because of the strong need for face-to-face interaction in the financial services industry.[167][168]
North American air space was closed for several days after the attacks and air travel decreased significantly upon its reopening. The attacks led to nearly a 20% cutback in air travel capacity, and severely exacerbated financial problems in the struggling U.S. airline industry.
Health effects
The thousands of tons of toxic debris resulting from the collapse of the Twin Towers consisted of more than 2,500 contaminants, including known carcinogens.[170][171] This has led to debilitating illnesses among rescue and recovery workers, which many claim to be directly linked to debris exposure.[172][173] For example, NYPD Officer Frank Macri died of lung cancer that spread throughout his body on September 3, 2007; his family contends the cancer is the result of long hours on the site and they have filed for line-of-duty death benefits, which the city has yet to rule on.[174] Health effects have also extended to some residents, students, and office workers of Lower Manhattan and nearby Chinatown.[175] Several deaths have been linked to the toxic dust caused by the World Trade Center's collapse and the victims' names will be included in the World Trade Center memorial.[176] There is also scientific speculation that exposure to various toxic products in the air may have negative effects on fetal development. Due to this potential hazard, a notable children's environmental health center is currently analyzing the children whose mothers were pregnant during the WTC collapse, and were living or working near the World Trade Center towers.[177]
Legal disputes over the attendant costs of illnesses related to the attacks are still in the court system. On October 17, 2006, federal judge Alvin Hellerstein rejected New York City's refusal to pay for health costs for rescue workers, allowing for the possibility of numerous suits against the city.[178] Government officials have been faulted for urging the public to return to lower Manhattan in the weeks shortly following the attacks. Christine Todd Whitman, administrator of the EPA in the aftermath of the attacks, was heavily criticized for incorrectly saying that the area was environmentally safe.[179] President Bush was criticized for interfering with EPA interpretations and pronouncements regarding air quality in the aftermath of the attacks.[180] In addition, Mayor Giuliani was criticized for urging financial industry personnel to return quickly to the greater Wall Street area.
Rebuilding
On the day of the attacks, Giuliani proclaimed, "We will rebuild. We're going to come out of this stronger than before, politically stronger, economically stronger. The skyline will be made whole again."[182] Debris removal officially ended in May 2002.[183] The Lower Manhattan Development Corporation, responsible for rebuilding the World Trade Center site, has been criticized for doing little with the enormous funding directed to the rebuilding efforts.[184][185] On the sites of the totally destroyed buildings, one, 7 World Trade Center, has a new office tower which was completed in 2006. The Freedom Tower is currently under construction at the site and at 1,776 ft (541 m) upon completion in 2011, will become the one of the tallest buildings in North America, behind the Chicago Spire and the CN Tower in Toronto. Three more towers are expected to be built between 2007 and 2012 on the site, and will be located one block east of where the original towers stood. The damaged section of the Pentagon was rebuilt and occupied within a year of the attacks.
Memorials
In the days immediately following the attacks, many memorials and vigils were held around the world.[187][188][189] In addition, pictures were placed all over Ground Zero. A witness described being unable to "get away from faces of innocent victims who were killed. Their pictures are everywhere, on phone booths, street lights, walls of subway stations. Everything reminded me of a huge funeral, people quiet and sad, but also very nice. Before, New York gave me a cold feeling; now people were reaching out to help each other.”
One of the first memorials was the Tribute in Light, an installation of 88 searchlights at the footprints of the World Trade Center towers which projected two vertical columns of light into the sky.[191] In New York, the World Trade Center Site Memorial Competition was held to design an appropriate memorial on the site. The winning design, Reflecting Absence, was selected in August 2006, and consists of a pair of reflecting pools in the footprints of the towers, surrounded by a list of the victims' names in an underground memorial space.[192] Plans for a museum on the site have been put on hold, following the abandonment of the International Freedom Center after criticism from the families of many victims.[193]
At the Pentagon, an outdoor memorial is currently under construction, which will consist of a landscaped park with 184 benches facing the Pentagon.[194] When the Pentagon was rebuilt in 2001-2002, a private chapel and indoor memorial were included, located at the spot where Flight 77 crashed into the building.[195] At Shanksville, a permanent Flight 93 National Memorial is in planning stages, which will include a sculpted grove of trees forming a circle around the crash site, bisected by the plane's path, while wind chimes will bear the names of the victims.[196] A temporary memorial is located 500 yards (450 meters) from the Flight 93 crash site near Shanksville.[197] Many other permanent memorials are being constructed around the world and a list is being updated as new ones are completed.[198] In addition to physical monuments, scholarships and charities have been established by the victims' loved ones, along with many other organizations and private figures.
Look for it! A pair of a group of shots I took in Cartagena Spain when visiting the huge memorial to terrorism that is placed on the waterfront there. Added contrast to the shots to try and capture the detail in the sculpture and then in tried to "hide" the huge sculpture in the landscape. Statue is known locally as "Zulo"

Illegal Entry & Gaslighting
What you hear in the Audio, is a Perpetrator or Perpetrators, entering and going through our Motorhome, while Koda and I were on our hike, on 8-15-21. The clip is 11 min, 22 sec long; cut from, over an hour, someone was in our Motorhome. We were gone a little over 1 hr 45 min, they entered about 22 minutes after we left; as an airplane circles. You may want to put on a good pair of headphones, because there was interference with the audio. It doesn’t matter how many times you change your locks; these Perpetrators will be able to get in.
First, you will hear an airplane circle. Then you hear an ATV pull up. Someone enters our motorhome, then starts going through drawers and cabinets. A motorcycle pulls up, revs engine; trying to cover up a loud slamming, and the noise from opening and closing cabinets. Then another ATV shows up, turns off engine, more drawers opening and closing. Again, a motorcycle shows up, revs engine, then turns engine off, light footsteps, a couple more cabinets opening and closing, then the door closes.
The previous collage I posted “Domestic Terrorism In America”, I mentioned; there are pictures of my neighbors leaving, as Koda and I do, for our hike. The creepy guy in the Gray Dodge, that watched me change a light fixture prior, and watches Koda on pee breaks. He creeps from his camp, leaving, making sure he was seen. He’s still camped across the road from us. The perps camped behind us, set in their ATV; watching and waiting for us to leave. These same acts have been repeated over and over again, for over 12 years. They make sure you see them leaving, so they, or others, can show up and illegally enter your residence. These same acts were carried out, while I was living and working in Yosemite National Park. This is another psychological aspect of Domestic Terrorism. It also shows Planed, Conspired Acts, by Multiple People. There was an Airplane, Neighbors, ATVs and Motorcycles, someone inside our Motorhome. I know Mr FBI Guy, it’s all just a coincidence. I’m just guessing he’s thinking that, because he hung up on me when I try to inform him of Domestic Terrorism, on 8-2-21.
As Koda and I were on our hike; we were chased down by many of the people you see in the previous collage “Domestic Terrorism In America”. Koda was being hit with Electronic Stimuli; when we stopped and chatted with the perps fishing. We also, had a plane show up, followed by motorcycle drivers standing. But, none of this seems to be Terrorizing to our Famed FBI. Perpetrators can enter your home, go through your things, move things around (Gaslighting), and take a few petty items. You can change your locks a dozen times; they will get in. Then, some perp will be lurking by the Key machine, at your local Walmart. But, none of this seems to be Terrorizing to our Famed FBI.
Once we arrived back at our camp and settled in; motorcycles buzzed by, drivers standing. Making sure they were seen. This was just an act, to rub it in my face. The neighbors start coming back.
In my last post, I said I may cover Street Theater at a local laundromat. The top picture; is of a Bolete edulis, mushroom. My glasses are for scale and often used in identification. They are edible and very good. My Grandfather introduced me to mushroom foraging, when I was a young boy. I passed it on to my daughter, and so on. Anyway, we were on a previous hike, and I came across these and other non-edible mushrooms. I sent a text, with a picture of the Bolete mushroom, to my daughter. A few days later; we were in town doing laundry, at a laundromat. Not only were we mobbed, harassed, wash tampered with; one of the Bottom-Feeders, comes in and pulls some Street Theater. He walks over to where I was folding my clothes. He was talking with the owner of the laundromat, and brought up Mushrooms. He kept repeating the word mushroom and some of the text, I shared with my daughter. It was more than redundant; it was intentional. Then, he starts talking about a White 89 Buick. He asked the owner if he knew of one, he really wanted one, bla, bal, bla. When we left the laundromat, we were followed, by what looked like a White 89, Buick. I slowed down to 20, then 15 miles an hour. It still followed us all the way to Walmart. I have pictures, video and audio; proving this, and many, many more. These perpetrators will also reenact, things or conversations you have had, in the privacy of your home. I know Mr FBI Guy, who hung up on me; it’s just a coincidence. There is nothing Terrorizing about this. If I had informed my Commanders of something like this, while I was in reconnaissance, they would have been all over this.
Local Law Enforcement downplays these acts of Domestic Terrorism, or just plain dismisses it; our FBI Agency, refers it back to Local Law Enforcement. Meanwhile, these perpetrators of Domestic Terrorism, Gloat and Brandish American Flags.
How many more America lives need to be Destroyed, lost; because of Corporate Greed, Dominance? How many more American lives need to be Destroyed, lost; because of Government and Law Enforcement Corruption? Mr FBI Agent; what is your definition of Domestic Terrorism? Here is Wikipedia’s: a form of Terrorism in which victims “within a country are targeted by perpetrators with the same citizenship” as the victims. Seriously, what is it you guys don’t get, or are you, too, complicit? How long are you going to pretend, this isn't happening?
We ask the Taliban; to respect Basic Human rights, but our own Government can’t do the same, here in the United States of America.
If you know of someone who is Targeted, please don’t dismiss them. Gang Stalking/Workplace Mobbing are just Guises for Domestic Terrorism; so victims can be easily dismissed and discredited. I give you facts; based on over 12 years of evidence. Direct Energy Weapons are being used on US Citizens, also known as the “Havana Syndrome”. Please look up their definitions and educate yourself. As you can read, see and hear; our FBI, once again, is dropping the ball. I finish drafting this; we were buzzed by ATVs, flashing lights; it’s 2:46 in the afternoon. Then again, that was just a coincidence….
Now I wait for my dog, to be again Tortured, baited and retaliation; as Perpetrators drive and ride by; gloating, brandishing the American Flags.
Thank you for visiting our photostream
Vandaag heeft de politie in Firenze aan de Dom een verdacht valiesje opgeblazen. Het was leeg, maar het knalde.
Today in Florence the police blew up a suspect suitcase. It was empty, but it went with a bang.
Using Children
What you see here are, planned, conspired acts of Domestic Terrorism. I headed into town with two bags of trash to dispose of. I usually burn most of my trash while Boondocking. With the fire restriction, I can’t. So, I try to do the right thing, take it to a proper place for disposal. A Targeted Individual in America, is under 24/7 surveillance, perps knowing and predicting their destinations.
As I pull up to this RV park to dispose of my trash, this older man is walking the dog he has, to the office. Then the girl comes riding towards us, on her bike. I pretty mush know what’s coming. No, I’m not psychic. And, I don’t believe in mind control. I do know; that weaker minds can be psychologically manipulated to think so. I’m not one. And that’s a big part of this Domestic Terrorism.
Koda, was Terrorized by perps on bikes in Grand Junction, soon after I adopted him. This is another part of this Domestic Terrorism. I would take Koda to some of the many parks in Grand Junction, for socialization and training. Perp after perp, would chase us down on bicycles, with some type of stimuli, causing Koda to be agitated and irritated. With the continued bombardment with perps on bikes, a dog could easily associate this agitation with bicycles. And, that’s just what these people were doing. I have hundreds of videos and audio; showing these egregious acts. But, apparently, our FBI, doesn’t want to see them. Again, these are planned, conspired acts of Terrorism. Working with Koda daily, he doesn’t react to bicycles, unless there is some type of Electronic Stimuli agitating him. These perps do the same thing using children.
Now, back to the man, dog and girl. Usually the perps rush into an office, bank, or store ahead of you; to stall you at the counter, or in a line. While you are being stalled, other perps involved in this Domestic Terrorism, will show up to further agitate you, and in my case; my dog too. I knew what was coming up, so I had video going. The man and girl, were set up before I stepped out of the car. There was a note on the office door, saying “Closed, will be back in an hour”. I get that a lot, I mean a lot, lot.
I had more errands to run, like pick up my Lupus meds, that the VA was supposed to send on the 4th, but again didn’t. That’s another story. I walked over to the information board to check the office hours. As I was looking, the dog the man had (I say had, because many times these perps will borrow a dog, or child), started jumping and lunging towards me. I asked the man politely, even said please, keep your dog back. The dog kept lunging at me, and he let it. He responds by calling me a jerk, an asshole, asking if I had a bad day. This is scripted; I've heard the same words over and over from these perps. And, it's documented. He's saying the dog is only 3 months old. What's that saying to the young girl? At the beginning of the audio, you can hear Koda whining. He just wants to play with the other dog. Perps will use that too. Now, take a good look at this dog; it’s a Laberdoodle. Being a certified animal care specialist, and running the US Air Force Academy Veterinary Clinic; I know better. I vaccinated 100s, maybe 1000s of dogs; starting at 7 weeks. This dog, may be 6-7 months old, maybe even older. That tells me, this perp doesn’t know what he’s talking about, and probable not his dog. I know better than to respond; because he’s just Baiting for a confrontation.
Meanwhile, the girl on the bike; is staring aggressively, directly at Koda, who was sitting in the passenger seat. This is not something a girl, this age, would normally do. Most kids act positively to a non-aggressive dog. This young girl was told to do this; I’ve seen this same behavior, over and over again. There is also, usually, some other type of stimuli, causing further agitation. Again, I have many videos and audio clips; showing these repeated acts of Terrorism. I mean, what average United States Citizen, wouldn’t be Terrorized, knowing people were using children, animal and aircraft; to Psychologically Terrorize them. And, knowing no one gives a shit, if you tell them. Isn’t that so; Mr FBI agent that hung up on me 8-2-21.
I spotted out the girl's face, but it’s still hard to block out the image of this young girl, being used in this manner. She continued to stare-down Koda, until I got back in the car. As I pulled out, she rides out in front of me on cue. I drove slowly and saw an employee coming from a building. I asked if I could pay him, to drop my trash in one of their dumpsters. He kindly said yes, and I did so. What kind of interaction, do you, think this young girl has with her school peers? What kind of adult, will she grow-up to be? These Perpetrators are using and training children to hate, putting them in harms way; and NO ONE GIVES A SHIT!
Because, I’m not afraid to addresses this head on; I have low flying airplanes and helicopters buzzing over our motorhome. The chopper that buzzed Koda and I, on my post “Terrorize Me”, is back; flying even lower and circling our motorhome again. It even showed up at 1:38 am, keeping me from falling asleep. Mr FBI agent, how many of these video and audio clips do you need to hear, see? I have them from yesterday and last night, too. I thought we lived in America, the land of the Free, a Nation of Laws!
What average American, has this done to them? There are many, but so often; they are so Terrorized, they are afraid to speak of it. Really, tell me what isn’t Terrorizing about this. Men, women and children; in large groups, Mobbing, Stalking, Surveilling, Tormenting, Terrorizing, using Direct Energy Weapons on them, from state to state. I will not be intimidated, or stifled.
I’ve warned, in many posts; that there would be a time when Law Enforcement, couldn’t even control these mobs. That time has come. How man more good, brave men and women in Law Enforcement, do we have to lose before you get this! Edward Snowden, tried to warn us of this Police State; look where he is now. He knew his life would be destroyed, his credibility demolished. I chose to stay, fight this head on, and try to make this a better America; for my daughter, her family, every American, every race, orientation.
If you are, or know of someone Targeted (this could be in the workplace too), please educate yourself. Look up the definitions for Gang Stalking, Workplace Mobbing; these are a Guise for Domestic Terrorism. Stay off the sites claiming to be helping Targeted Individuals. They are full of misinformation and psychological manipulation. Direct Energy Weapons (Havana Syndrome), are real, and being used on United States Citizens. They have been for decades. Be careful, knowing the Truth in America; can destroy your life.
This is a good example of how we got to where we are today, in America. How many hundreds, thousands of clips like this, would you like to see. I have them....
Now, I will wait for retaliation, perps gloating, brandishing the American flags. Is this the America you want for your loved ones?
Thank all of you for the many positive comments, faves, millions of views and visiting my photostream for the truth….
In my next post, I may share a little Street Theater, at a local laundromat.

"Thousands condemn terror in nationwide protests
Dozens of protests were staged yesterday in almost all of Turkey's 81 provinces to protest against separatist terrorism, which took 12 lives on Sunday when the Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK) attacked Turkish troops in the Southeast. "
PKK and Terrorism
Published: 10/23/2007
Established in 1978, PKK (Kurdistan Workers Party) started its armed struggle in 1984 after a preparatory period of numerous murders and attacks, with the objective of the establishment, through armed struggle, of an independent Kurdistan within Turkey’s borders.
Since 1984, PKK’s terrorist activities resulted in the death of more than 30.000 Turkish citizens, among whom were innocent civilians, teachers and other public servants, many deliberately murdered, and large amount of economic loss.
In its history, the terrorist organization also employed suicide-bombing methods, waged mainly by women terrorists in Turkey; and kidnapped foreign tourists in southeastern Anatolia in the early 1990s. In order to damage Turkey’s economy, the organization also set forests in Turkey’s tourist resorts on fire.
Following the arrest of its leader, Abdullah Ocalan, in 1999, the organization started claiming that it switched its strategy to peaceful methods and would pursue political struggle from then on. In accordance with this policy of appearing as a born-again legitimate organization and to convince the international community accordingly, the organization changed its name to KADEK (Kurdistan Freedom and Democracy Congress) in April 2002, alleging that PKK has fulfilled its historical mission and would now like to be accepted as a political organization.
In October 2003, the organization underwent another name change to KONGRA-GEL (Kurdistan Peoples Congress). The decision was made public by a press statement in Iraq on 15 November 2003. However, albeit the name changes, the leading members of the organization remain the same. Today, PKK/KONGRA-GEL is still headed by Abdullah Ocalan, with Zübeyir Aydar, a former member of the “Kurdish National Congress”, an affiliate of PKK, its president. Furthermore, founders and leading figures of the PKK, such as Murat Karayilan, Cemil Bayik etc. continue to assume leading roles in the organization. Many of the leading figures of PKK/KONGRA-GEL are internationally recognized criminals searched through Red Bulletins.
Moreover, after neither of these two name changes nor the so-called strategy change of 1999, the organization did not undergo changes on substantial issues such as decommissioning of arms, continuing to carry out attacks mainly in southeastern Anatolia, though not in the scope of pre-1999 period. PKK/KONGRA-GEL also keeps its militants and recruits new ones. PKK militants did not surrender to justice, even to benefit from the provisions of the “Law on Reintegration into Society”, that came into force on 6 August 2003 (for a period of 6 months) and that provided amnesty to those members of a terrorist organization who were not involved in any crimes.
The organization’s recent declaration, of 29 May 2004, alleging an end to a so-called unilateral cease-fire that the organization claims to be implementing since September 1999, stating that it would, by 1 June 2004, respond to any offence with a rationale of self-defense, is yet another open revelation of the organization’s terrorist nature. Presently, it is estimated that there are a total of 5,000 PKK/KONGRA-GEL terrorists, the majority of whom are in northern Iraq whereby the organization’s headquarters are situated.
Given the picture, the organization’s arguments for a policy change can be defined as merely a make-up. It is, furthermore, not possible and righteous for a terrorist organization that still keeps its militants and arms and that does not hesitate to publicly threaten with the use of force, to be freed of its past guilt with the mere change of a name.
Financing of its activities
Despite being an organization that claims to stand up for the rights of a disadvantaged and impoverished group of people, PKK/KONGRA-GEL has many expenditures, ranging from financing of its terrorist strength to running media outlets (dailies, periodicals, TV and radio channels) and to carrying out anti-Turkey propaganda activities in many parts of the world.
Europe is particularly important for the organization as it is in Europe where the organization generates most of its revenue to finance these cumbersome activities.
Legal and illegal sources of PKK/KONGRA-GEL revenue can be cited as follows:
- Extortion (largely from Turkish businessmen).
- Revenues obtained from the “special nights” organized by affiliates.
- Sales of publications etc.
- Revenues obtained from commercial establishments belonging to / affiliated with the organization.
- Money collected through drug-trafficking, arms-smuggling and trafficking in human beings.
Building up of international solidarity
Presently, the organization is proscribed in France, Germany (both since 1993) and the UK (since March 2001) and is included in the foreign terrorist organizations list in Australia, Bulgaria, Canada, Japan, Kazakhstan and the USA (the organization’s terrorist nature is being emphasized by the annual report of the US Department of State, “Patterns of Global Terrorism”, for over a decade).
As of 2 April 2004, PKK is also included in the EU Terrorist Organizations and Entities List with its aliases, KADEK and KONGRA-GEL. PKK, furthermore, is listed among groups involving child soldiers in the report, dated June 2001, of the NGO ‘Coalition to Stop the Use of Child Soldiers’ (PKK is known to abduct children and brainwash and train them in its camps).
There was a time in history when being a terrorist was confused with being a freedom fighter, however, this attitude can no longer prevail. Specifically following the events of 11 September, international solidarity against terrorism and terrorist organizations has grown, with international documents, such as the UNSCR 1373, outlining the parameters of unequivocal fight against terrorism. In accordance with these developments, Turkey expects that all countries, in accordance with their international obligations, take resolute stance towards the terrorist organization PKK/KONGRA-GEL.
Since 9/11 the number of crimes committed daily by America's corporations & politicians has increased so dramatically that no one - & no single agency - is able to feel adequately informed. During this era of runaway mob scheming & proliferation I've read 25 & usually more serious news articles daily, which is the minimum number that must be examined & absorbed to enable more than a glimmer of the magnitude & scope of the criminality.
In the early months of George W. Bush's institutionalization of Federal Government as Mob Operation it was apparent that the people of the nation were under the spell of a psychopathic cult leader who, unlike the usual religious con men - say, Jim Jones, David Koresh, L. Ron Hubbard, Ayn Rand or the convicted felon, Joseph Smith - had at his disposal & command the whole vast apparatus of the empire's instruments for social control, including the police, army, legal system, churches, news press & television media. And of course the oligarchs & their executives (Bush's peers by birthright) were anxious to steal all that they could while the taking was easy ... & very easy it became, & very easy it still is.
Habeas corpus was taken away from us, as was posse comitatus. The Watergate criminal, ex-Admiral John Poindexter, was appointed to create Total Information Awareness, a DARPA program designed to spy on all citizens at all hours, which when public outcries arose against it was disbanded but instantly replaced here & there in various other government agencies, such as the CIA & NSA, in which agencies it grew like flies multiplying in a dung heap, as indeed it continues to do, most recently with drones supplied to local police forces, able to identify & track a milk carton from 60,000 feet above the earth. Again, under Mob Boss Bush, the capitalists joined in, & we became & are still spied upon by our telephone & internet servers, & banks, which collect & dispense the history of our once private individual activities & behaviors from birth to our death. Cameras serving police record our passage from Starbuck's to Sears. Like all people caught up in cults, we came to believe that all of this is as it must & should be, & we silently conform to it, as do trained dogs to their masters.
The deep function of what has happened is this: The wages we receive & the taxes we pay must all be instantly given up to the superrich. Our physical health is a commodity owned by the superrich, not us. Likewise, our welfare is owned by the aristocrats, not by us. In a few short years, for instance, student debt was made to exceed the nation's credit card debt - our children, in other words, were sold into debt peonage, & this is enforced by new law that says the children must pay it even after filing bankruptcy, & even in old age by garnishment from Social Security income. And of course there has been & will be no let up in the quest of the superrich to own Social Security, which surely they will in the near future unless a people's government is somehow - repeat, somehow - created.
As Thomas Frank has explained, a college graduate can no longer pursue his or her intellectual dream, such as becoming a teacher, artist or journalist committed to discovering & telling the truth, because student debt & laws enforcing payment compel immediate entrance into the empire's mainstream occupations, where the objectives to be pursued are the properties of others, not of oneself. Thus our children are now born into bonded servitude, for which on the whole wages are pitiful & increasingly buy little more than necessities.
All great institutions in the empire assure us that all of this criminality is necessary for two reasons: One, immensely determined evil external & internal personages are out to destroy our country, & we must surrender all of our civil rights & wealth in order to survive; & Two, alas alas, our nation has no money, & so must sell all of the people's assets & public services to the superrich. Well ... please, the first reason does not survive the briefest review of its merit, & let me not bother anyone with further words about it. And the second reason is equally preposterous, because the United States prints its own money, & under Obama did so to the tune of two trillion dollars given by the Federal Reserve to its clients, the big banks (which naturally did not, have not & will not do anything socially responsible with it). No economist who is committed to an understanding not of capitalist dogma, but rather to the truth of what was very well learned during & consequent to previous severe economic demand crises, such as the one we are now in, believes that 'shrinking government' is anything other than a vicious, irresponsible policy devised by & for the sole benefit of aristocrat thieves & their sociopathic politicians. Economics, after all, is a science, & as such its method & conclusions are dependent upon the collection & interpretation of empirical data, not any of which does in fact or in the least support shrinking government during a demand crisis. Indeed, the only agency known to be capable of or potentially possessed of the will to end such crises is a nation's government.
But all good sense is lost upon cultists, who will do anything to secure life in death, a clear clear E-meter reading, a galaxy to be an eternal god of with one's dead wife, morality in selfishness, up in down, straight in crooked, or - now - an American in Washington, DC (or in Dallas or Tombstone or any other city or town).

Hope Burning

EXCERPTS: Obama as the cool triggerman is an image useful to White House operatives as they buff the president’s persona for the coming election. But what it reveals is the mindset of a political cynic whose seductive words cloak the moral indifference of a methodical executioner. Forget Harry Truman, who obliterated the civilian populations of Hiroshima and Nagasaki, or Lyndon Johnson, who carpet-bombed millions in Vietnam. The Democrats have got themselves another killer, one whose techniques are as devastatingly effective, but brilliantly refined.
The story obviously was planted in The New York Times to benefit the Obama political campaign.
.... Pfc. Bradley Manning was held for many months in solitary confinement for allegedly disclosing information of far lower security classification. The difference is that the top secrets in the news article are ones the president wants leaked in the expectation they will burnish his “tough on terrorism” credentials. This is clearly not the Obama whom many voted for in the hope that he would stick by his word, including the pledge he made on his second day in office to ban brutal interrogation and close the prison at Guantanamo Bay in Cuba. “What the new president did not say was that the orders contained a few subtle loopholes,” the Times now reports concerning the early promises by Obama. “They reflected a still unfamiliar Barack Obama, a realist who, unlike some of his fervent supporters, was never carried away by his own rhetoric.”
Parse that sentence carefully to learn much of what is morally decrepit in our journalism as well as politics. The word “realist” is now identical to “hypocrite,” and the condemnation of immoral behavior addresses nothing more than “rhetoric” that only the “fervent” would take seriously. The Times writers all but thrill to the lying, as in recounting the new president’s response to advisers who warned him against sticking to his campaign promises on Guantanamo prisoners: “The deft insertion of some wiggle words in the president’s order showed that the advice was followed.”

Although the Combined Anti-Terrorism Task Force (CATF) successfully prevented radioactive material to be delivered to the terror group Al-Asad in Operation Gamma and foiled a plot involving weapons of mass destruction, it remained unclear how the terror group would be able to turn the material into several dirty bombs. The TF immediately began to track down those behind this plot.
An American intelligence source deep within the Russian Government revealed the aftermath of Operation Gamma:
After the radioactive material failed to arrive at the destination, a Spetsnaz squad was dispatched to locate the material. After the Spetsnaz squad found the vehicles delivering the material empty in the Great Desert, the Russian Government believed that the material has been intercepted by either Coalition or Assistance Force. The Russian leadership also assumed that the Western nations would link the plot to Russia and immediately abandon further plans in assisting Al-Asad to build a dirty bomb. There was a Russian nuclear scientist (codename Pale Horse) that would be assisting Al-Asad to build the device. As the Russian Government wished to erase all trace of its involvement in the plot, it required the return of the Russian scientist. However, a radical sect of Al-Asad wished to press forward and held Pale Horse hostage as a bargaining chip to obtain radioactive material from Russia.
To ascertain the whereabouts of the Pale Horse, the Russian Government launched Operation Pale Horse and dispatched a unit from the Alpha Group. The unit launched a series of raids in search of Pale Horse.

Participating in the silent vigil of 6 September 2025 in London's Parliament Square against the proscription of Palestine Action, this protestor embodies the quiet defiance that characterised the day. Her participation, like that of many other disabled activists , shows the profound depth of conviction that drove a cross-section of British society to risk arrest.
The simple placard she holds had been deemed an act of terrorism by the state, an expression of support punishable by a potentially lengthy prison sentence. Her resolve reflects a conscious choice to defy this law, motivated by the unfolding genocide in Gaza.

Protest and the Price of Dissent: Palestine Action and the Criminalisation of Conscience
Parliament Square on Saturday, 6 September 2025 was a scene of quiet, almost solemn defiance. The air, usually thick with the noise of London traffic and crowds of tourists, was instead filled with a palpable tension, a shared gravity that emanated from the quiet determination of hundreds of protesters, many of them over 60 years old, some sitting on steps or stools and others lying on the grass.
They held not professionally printed banners, but handwritten cardboard signs, their messages stark against the historic grandeur of their surroundings. This was not a march of chants and slogans, but a silent vigil of civil disobedience, a deliberate and calculated act of defiance against the state.
On that day, my task was to photograph the protest against the proscription of the direct-action group Palestine Action. While not always agreeing entirely with the group’s methods, I could not help but be struck by the profound dedication etched on the faces of the individual protesters.
As they sat in silence, contemplating both the horrific gravity of the situation in Gaza and the enormity of the personal risk they were taking — courting arrest under terror laws for holding a simple placard — their expressions took on a quality not dissimilar to what war photographers once called the “thousand-yard stare.” It was a look of weary but deep and determined resolve, a silent testament to their readiness to face life-changing prosecution in the name of a principle.
This scene poses a profound and unsettling question for modern Britain. How did the United Kingdom, a nation that prides itself on its democratic traditions and the right to protest, arrive at a point where hundreds of its citizens — clergy, doctors, veterans, and the elderly — could be arrested under counter-terrorism legislation for an act of silent, peaceful protest?
The events of that September afternoon were the culmination of a complex and contentious series of developments, but their significance extends far beyond a single organisation or demonstration. The proscription of Palestine Action has become a critical juncture in the nation’s relationship with dissent, a test of the elasticity of free expression, and a stark examination of its obligations under international law in the face of Israel deliberately engineering a catastrophic humanitarian crisis in Gaza.
To understand what is at stake, one must unravel the threads that led to that moment: the identity of the movement, the state’s legal machinery of proscription, the confrontation in Parliament Square, and the political context that compelled so many to risk their liberty.
Direct Action and the State’s Response
Palestine Action, established in 2020, has never hidden its approach. Unlike traditional lobbying groups, it rejected appeals to political elites in favour of disrupting the physical infrastructure of complicity: factories producing parts for Israeli weapons systems, offices of arms manufacturers, and — eventually — military installations themselves.
Its tactics, while non-violent, were disruptive and confrontational. Red paint sprayed across buildings to symbolise blood, occupations that halted production, chains and locks on factory gates. For supporters, these were acts of conscience against a system enabling atrocities in Gaza. For the state, they were criminal disruptions of commerce.
That clash escalated steadily. In Oldham, a persistent campaign against Elbit Systems, a key manufacturer in the Israeli arms supply chain, culminated in the company abandoning its Ferranti site. Later actions targeted suppliers for F-35 fighter jets and other arms manufacturers. These were no random acts of mindless vandalism but part of a deliberate strategy: to impose costs high enough that complicity in Israel’s war effort would become unsustainable.
The decisive rupture came in June 2025, when activists infiltrated RAF Brize Norton, Britain’s largest airbase, and sprayed red paint into the engines of refuelling aircraft linked to operations over Gaza. For the activists, it was a desperate attempt to interrupt a supply chain of surveillance and logistical support to a state commiting genocide. For the government, it crossed a line: military assets had been attacked. Within days, the Home Secretary announced Palestine Action would be proscribed as a terrorist organisation.
Proscription and the Expansion of “Terrorism”
Here lies the heart of the controversy. The Terrorism Act 2000 defines terrorism with unusual breadth, encompassing not only threats to life but also “serious damage to property” carried out for political or ideological aims. In this capacious definition, breaking a factory window or disabling a machine can be legally assimilated to mass murder.
By invoking this law, the government placed Palestine Action on the same legal footing as al-Qaeda or ISIS. Supporting it — even symbolically — became a serious offence.
Since July 2025, merely expressing support for the organization can carry a maximum prison sentence of 14 years.
This is based on Section 12 of the Terrorism Act 2000. The specific offense is "recklessly expressing support for a proscribed organisation". However, according to Section 13 of the Act, a lower-level offence for actions like displaying hand held placards in support of a proscribed group carries a maximum sentence of six months imprisonment or a fine of five thousand pounds or both.
Civil liberties groups and human rights bodies have denounced the proscription move as disproportionate. Their concern was not primarily whether Palestine Action’s tactics might violate existing criminal law. One might reasonably argue that they did unless they might sometimes be justified in the name of preventing a greater crime.
But reframing those actions as “terrorism” represented a dangerous category error. As many pointed out, terrorism has historically referred to violence against civilians. Expanding it to cover property damage risks draining the term of meaning. Worse, it arms the state with a stigma so powerful that it can delegitimise entire political positions without debate.
The implications go further. Proscription does not simply criminalise acts. It criminalises expressions of allegiance, conscience and even speech. To say “I support Palestine Action” is no longer an opinion but technically a serious crime. The state has moved from punishing deeds to punishing expressions of solidarity — a move with chilling consequences for democratic life.
Parliament Square: Civil Disobedience on Trial
It was this transformation that brought nearly 1,500 people into Parliament Square on 6 September. They knew what awaited them. Organisers announced in advance that protesters would hold signs reading: “I oppose genocide. I support Palestine Action.” In doing so, they openly declared their intent to break the law.
The crowd was strikingly diverse. Retired doctors, clergy, war veterans, even an 83-year-old Anglican priest. Disabled activists came in wheelchairs; descendants of Holocaust survivors stood beside young students. This was not a hardened cadre of militants but a cross-section of society, many of whom had never before faced arrest.
At precisely 1 pm, the protesters all sat or lay down silently, cardboard signs raised. There was no chanting, no aggression — only a quiet insistence that they would not accept the criminalisation of conscience.
The police response was equally predictable. Hundreds of officers moved systematically through the crowd, arresting anyone displaying a sign. By the end of the day, nearly 900 people were detained under counter-terrorism law. It was one of the largest mass arrests in modern British history.
Official statements later alleged police were met with violence — officers punched, spat on, objects thrown. Yet independent observers, including Amnesty International, contradicted this. They reported a peaceful assembly disrupted by aggressive policing: batons drawn, protesters shoved, some bloodied.

Video footage supported at least some of Amnesty's report.

The two narratives were irreconcilable, but only one carried the weight and authority of the state.
The entire event unfolded as political theatre. The government proscribed a group, thereby creating a new crime. Protesters, convinced the law was unjust, announced their intent to commit that crime peacefully. The police, forewarned, staged a vast operation. Each side acted out its script. The spectacle allowed the state to present itself as defending order against extremism — while in reality silencing dissent.
The Humanitarian Context: Why Protesters Risked All
To see the Parliament Square protest as a parochial dispute over free speech is to miss its driving force. The demonstrators were not there merely to defend abstract principles. They were responding to what they, and a growing body of international experts, describe as a genocide in Gaza.
By September 2025, Gaza had descended into almost total collapse. Over 63,000 Palestinians had been killed, the majority of them women and children. More than 150,000 had been injured, many maimed for life. Entire neighbourhoods had been flattened. Famine was confirmed in August, with Israel continuing to impose and even tighten deliberate restrictions on food, water, and fuel, a strategy condemned by human rights groups as a major war crime. Hospitals lay in ruins. Ninety percent of the population had been displaced.
It is in this context that the term genocide has been applied. Legal scholars point not only to mass killings but also to the deliberate infliction of life-destroying conditions, accompanied by rhetoric from Israeli officials dehumanising Palestinians as “human animals.” In September 2025, the International Association of Genocide Scholars declared that Israel’s actions met the legal definition of genocide.
www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/cde3eyzdr63o
Major NGOs, UN experts, and even Israeli human rights groups such as B’Tselem echoed that conclusion.
For the protesters, then, the question was not abstract but immediate: faced with what they saw as a genocide, could they in good conscience remain silent while their own government criminalised resistance to it? Their answer was to risk arrest, their placards making the moral connection explicit: opposing genocide meant supporting those who sought to stop it.
The Price of Dissent
The mass arrests in Parliament Square were not an isolated incident of law enforcement. They were the product of a broader trajectory: escalating tactics by a direct-action movement, a humanitarian catastrophe abroad, and a government determined to suppress dissent at home through the bluntest of instruments.
The official line insists that Palestine Action’s campaign constituted terrorism and thus warranted proscription. On this view, the arrests were simple enforcement of the law. Yet this account obscures the deeper reality: a precedent in which the state redefined non-lethal protest as terrorism, shifting from punishing actions to criminalising expressions of solidarity.
The cost is profound. Once speech and conscience themselves become suspect, dissent is no longer tolerated but pathologised. The chilling effect is already evident: individuals weigh not just whether to join a protest, but whether uttering support might expose them to years in prison. Terror laws, originally justified as a shield against mass violence, are recast as tools of political management.
The protesters understood this. That “thousand-yard stare” captured in their faces was not only the weight of potential arrest, but the knowledge of Gaza’s devastation, the famine and rubble, the deaths mounting daily. It was also the recognition that their own government had chosen to silence them rather than address its complicity.
In a functioning democracy, the question is not why citizens risk arrest for holding a handwritten cardboard sign. It is why a state finds it necessary to treat that act as a terror offence. The answer reveals a narrowing of democratic space, where conscience itself is deemed subversive. And that narrowing, history teaches, carries consequences not just for those arrested, but for the society that allows it.
The Wall Street bombing occurred at 12:01 pm on September 16, 1920, in the Financial District of Manhattan, New York City. The blast killed 30 people immediately, and another eight died later of wounds sustained in the blast. There were 143 seriously injured, and the total number of injured was in the hundreds. The bombing was never solved.
At noon, a horse-drawn wagon passed by lunchtime crowds on Wall Street and stopped across the street from the headquarters of the J.P. Morgan bank at 23 Wall Street, on the Financial District's busiest corner. Inside the wagon, 100 pounds of dynamite with 500 pounds of heavy, cast-iron sash weights exploded in a timer-set detonation, sending the weights tearing through the air. The horse and wagon were blasted into small fragments, but the driver was believed to have left the vehicle and escaped.
The bomb caused more than $2 million in property damage ($23.7 million today) and destroyed most of the interior spaces of the Morgan building.
The building received heavy damage, with shrapnel entering the building through its large wide windows. To this day, the damage to the limestone façade is visible on the outside of the building, as the company said it would never repair the damage in defiance to those who committed the crime.

What you just heard was right out of Military Psyops play book. It was a low plane flying over us, followed by a mob of motorcycles and ATVs. I took Koda out to use the bathroom, we sat in front of our Motorhome and tried to enjoy the beautiful weather. A plane flies directly above us, then comes a barrage of noise by motorcycles and ATVs. You see some of them pictured in the Collage. From top to right, they would be the 3rd, 4th and 5th pictures down. I left the motorcycles out because they were kids. I’m not saying all were involved with this. Many times someone may just be riding or going along, and they can be used as a witness; if their Target acts out. But, someone is controlling the strings. This same act of Terrorism has been carried over from state to state. While a Target is bombarded with this noise; they will often receive an Attack from Direct Energy Weapons. This is one of the many psychological tactics used in Domestic Terrorism, on a Target. Koda, even, reacts to the planes now; he knows what follows. He is also repeatedly Attacked with Electronic Stimuli. I have recorded it repeatedly in public places.
This started in California, when I was working and living in Yosemite National Park. It didn’t happen as often, because of the remote areas I ventured. What happened was; when I went to leave for somewhere, a plane would show up. I would be out backpacking in the High Country, a plane would buzz over, then shortly someone would show up out of nowhere. Also, when I would return; as I got close to my living quarters, another plane would show up. This would be followed by noise campaigns and harassment from my coworkers, that would be waiting. I didn’t realize the level of corruption, fraud and cover-up, from our Government Agencies and the Billion Dollar Contractors. As I would address these shortcoming and blatant acts from the Contractors and Concessionaires; the Retaliation would be over the top, accompanied by Direct Energy Weapons Attacks. People died and extremely sickened, being exposed to viruses. I’m not talking the Corona Virus. They were exposed to the Hanta and Norovirus, because of Concessionaires cutting back on safety, maintenance and labor. No one was held accountable. This can be verified with a little research, or reading through my photostream. I tried to take this to National Parks Service, clear to The Department of the Interior, Secretary. Again, retaliation over the top. If it wasn’t for my Intense Military Training; I probably wouldn’t be writing this right now. The average United States Citizen; doesn’t have a chance against these Conspired, Planed, Attacks of Domestic Terrorism. You can label it Workplace Mobbing, Gang Stalking, whatever you want; but it is Domestic Terrorism. It Terrorizes it’s Target.
I may have hung-up my uniform years ago, but I will never stop serving this country. Saying that, I will address the American flags you see in the collage. Each time I mention my service in a post; people start showing up with the American flag. It’s just another psychological act; to rub it in my face. When at Yosemite; my coworkers would start playing music with lyrics like; “Its a Revolution”, then the flags would start showing up.
The top 2 pictures in the collage are camp neighbors, showing up as I leave my camp. The Dodge, again, is the camp across the road, he’s lurching by as we leave. The other, is a guy who gets off his ATV, pretends to look at a tire; but is watching to see which way we go. And picture number 7; is the neighbors behind us, doing the same. The picture below that (9), is the same neighbor; chasing us down almost and hour and 45 minutes later. Also, a fly over prior, as we were heading back to camp.
While we were out on our hike, we walked to a small pond, that I've seen from a distance several times. As Koda and I stood on top of hill, a distance away, I said to Koda “lets go check out that pond. We could see it clearly, no one was there. It took about 45 minutes to arrive. When we got there, there were 2 men and a boy fishing. Koda was happy to see new people, he had on his happy face, wagging his tail. I asked the guys if they were catching anything, one man said they just got there. The other guy, fishing with the young boy, goes into his Truck Camper, and comes back out quickly. Once he did, Koda started acting very agitated, and began winning. He continued this, even as I told him to heel. He continued this until we moved out of the area. As we walk down the Forest Road, here comes a plane, then a few moments, 2 motorcycles, with riders standing; to be more threatening. We continued walking on the Forest Road, until some of those pictured, started showing up. We took the meadows most of the way home, but once we stepped back on another Forest Road; here come the Perps again.
Now, pictures 6 and 8; are what I call Want-to-Bees. They have tags, the guy in the Dodge chased us down, as we were coming over a hill. His hat said “Politicians Scared Again”. People from all kids of groups are recruited for this Domestic Terrorism. They are given information about a Target that entisess them to participate. You wouldn’t imagine what some of my friends (there are a few), or neighbors would tell me; about what someone said.
Meanwhile, when I would leave; someone would enter my residence, now Motorhome, and tamper with, take, or destroy, my personal property. I have such a recording from the day I left in this collage.
This again, is another Physiological tactic used in this type of Domestic Terrorism.
Lets get down to the last picture. It was taken in the Walmart store in Laramie, Wyoming. It may look like these bagels fell off the shelf, but look closely. They were thrown on the floor. This has not only happened at this Walmart. In Colorado; it was Safeway and King Soopers. In Arizona, it was done in Fry’s Grocery and Walmart. We’ve also had dog toys thrown on the floor, in the pet section. People will watch what you select items from shelves; then when you come back to shop, those items may be on the floor, or there may be none. Employees and people will intentionally and completely block you, from retrieving them from a shelf, bin or cooler. I was in Arizona, I asked an employee where the Jalapenos where. She was new, and said she didn’t know. No sooner than I asked her; a perp rushes up to me and says “I know right where they are, follow me”. I get to the Jalapenos, he quickly disappears. I select the brand I normally buy, pull it from the shelf; the cap came off and liquid spilled all over me and the floor. This wasn’t the first time I went to purchase an item that was opened, or tampered with.
Getting back to the Walmart in Laramie. I addressed the Mobbing, Blocking and Cutting-off, to what I thought was a Store Manager, last month. But, when I went into that store that day; there was an employee dust-mopping around the bins of produce, I normally select (this is the 3rd or 4th time), and there were perps waiting in produce to block me, at items I purchase frequently. I skipped produce and went to other areas in the store. As I walked to other areas, employees, 2 at a time, stopped ahead of me, would step across in front of Koda and I, causing us to stop, or walk into them. They had their name tags covered. This happened 3 times. Here I am with a service dog, a mild limp, and they cut out in front of me. While shopping through the store, we were bombarded with Honey Pots. Right out of the FBI's play book. These were younger women, some girls, wearing way too short, shorts. They would talk loudly, fake sneeze, walk across in front of us, or to our side, repeatedly.
This mobbing starts before we even enter the store, during and as we leave. When we first walked in, a man swung his shopping bag at Koda, and almost hit him. There was a group waiting at the cart area. As we left the parking lot; we received the Beeping Campaign. Someone kept tapping their horn, while we drove the whole length of that area. We get to the end of the parking lot, and are stalled by people intentionally stopped, for no reason.
When I finished adding the audio to this collage (in Lightroom CC), I took Koda out to use the bathroom and give him a little play time. Just after I asked if he wanted to go out, here come the ATVs.
Targets are under 24/7 surveillance, most of it audio, but many times video. They knew we were going out. As I changed and gathered my half-wit spotter (camera), the ATVs set up just over a hill. After Koda starts his poo circle dance, they reaper. The driver of the front ATV, wearing a disposable mask, like I grabbed at Walmart. Three ATVs went zooming by, waiving, trying to agitate me even more.
A lot of this looks like daily activity; except when its repeated enough for a Target to realize, it is not. These people will wear and banish curtain colors; to let a Target they are involved.
You may criticize me, belittle me, try to discredit me, but I know who I am. I don’t publicize this for recognition. I do it because what is happening in America is wrong. I do it because so many are fearful of the Retaliation, the demeaning Belittlement, the Discrediting, the overwhelming realization; that this Nation is not what we thought it was. Not only that, but I do it because the numbers involved are overwhelming. Gang Staking is Real; it is just another term that can be dismissed for the Domestic Terrorism.
So, Mr. FBI agent that abruptly hung up on me, when I called the Cheyenne, FBI number for Domestic Terrorism. How many hundreds, thousands of pictures, video and audio clips, do you need; to take this seriously! I have been collecting them for over 12 years. The same acts, from state to state, the same Physiological and Physical Torture, from state to state, the same Domestic Terrorism, from state to state. Didn’t you learn anything from the Brave men and women that protected our Capitol on Jan 6th?
Where were you, when they were putting their lives on the line? Many of them, are going through much of the same; that United States Citizens have endured for decades, and your agency has turns a blind eye to. Why is it, only American Diplomats and CIA agents are the only ones allowed to publically address the use, of Direct Energy Weapons Attacks? Is it because of Government involvement? Is it because of Military Implications? Is it because United States Citizens, are being used as Test Subjects again?
This is what American Corporations, and their employees, are capable of in todays America: www.google.com/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&s...
My name is Rick Pineiro. American Citizens are being Terrorized, Tortured, and Attacked with Direct Energy Weapons, daily. I’m not afraid to expose the truth, and will continue to do so. It's the True and Right American Way.
Look for my next post, “The Bait & Hate”. Where an older man, uses a young girl to harass my dog, as he belittles me, for asking him politely to watch his dog. It repeatedly jumped towards me.
About an hour after I posted this on Flickr; we get the lowest fly over I've received here in Wyoming. Accompanied by Extreme Electronic Attacks.

i dont like this!
it really makes me feel uncumfortable - but not half as uncumfortable as the genocide thats taking place in gaza!!!!!!!!!
imprisoning a population inside a walled ghetto and then bombing and invading it and massacering those inside who have no escape is exactly what the nazis used to do to the jews!!!
has israel really forgotten this?!?!?!
i feel sick and am totally discusted and horrified with it all!!!
check some of my 'favourites' to see some of the carnage from photographers out there - it is no wonder israel has instigated as much of a media blackout as possible - what are they ashamed of by keeping out the international press ?!!
violence breeds violence breeds violence breeds ...........
its got to stop!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
PEACE TO ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

這次共四張自拍作品收錄到Poetic Terrorism
這本女性攝影書裡頭
再次謝謝編者(helene)喔
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
這次發了狠的為了紀念一下
所以買了hardcover ImageWrap的版本
收到時 只覺得真的好值得
以及我一定要來說聲 我著實好佩服我們親愛的編者
整本書共160頁 由37位來自世界各地不同區域的女性(自拍)攝影作品組成
她流暢的串連起每一個人獨特的風格以及所傳達的意念(還有主軸詩意)
也難怪她會在引言就寫說
' This book is made of different soul colors and inspirations. '
沒錯 我真的確實在書裡頭 切確的看到了
其實 我自昨天收到後就一直反覆的翻閱著
裡頭真的有好多讓我驚豔無比的好作品(我覺得可以說是一整本)
而且也會驚呼說著這怎可能是自拍圖?
同時 我也要說聲 有幸能成為其中一員 真的覺得榮幸無比了
( 因當中有幾位是我在flickr中就超喜愛她們的作品了 )
總之 很感謝上天給了我這一個好運氣
真的 我只能這麼說 (笑)
In memory of the victims of the terrorism attack in Paris
En mémoire des victimes des attentats terroristes en France
A soldier with the Iraqi Counter Terrorism Service makes sure mortar rounds are impacting the target at Besmaya Training Center, Iraq, April 13, 2019. The CTS soldiers participated in Coalition-led land navigation and mortar training in order to enhance their skillset and technical proficiencies in both areas. The Coalition and its partners remain committed to preventing the resurgence of Daesh and its violent extremist ideologies. (U.S. Army photo by Sgt. Jacob Ruiz)
