Teething

Occasionally the camera catches expressions so fleeting they're imperceptible to the naked eye - this is one of those moments.

It's not exactly flattering, but I still love the intensity of the implied emotion.

Evelyn has been drooling for days. She is getting two more teeth on the top. She seems a bit uncomfortable but her spirits are up. Hopefully those tooth buds break through soon.

M has been teething since 2months (I know) and now at 4 months they have barely broken through, but progress is progress! Either way Miya is not very happy about this new injustice of life and has no problem showing it!

River is cutting his first tooth -- it feels like a sharp little seashell coming up through his lower gums. I am sore, so I can't imagine how his gums feel. I put this teether in the freezer and as soon as I gave it to him he grabbed it with both hands and gnawed on it gratefully. Poor little dude!
