This ended up being a day where I not only redocumented the Williamsburg Publix, but I decided to stop by the Governor's Green Harris Teeter as well!

I thought this was a neat version of a teeter totter.

Found this in one of my gardening magazines...and a picture of one done here on Flickr....just had to have one!! so I had hubby go scrounge up the parts and we made our own !!

Makes us all smile..Fun huh?

Harris Teeter bagel bag. I pulled this off of a fresh roll of bags this morning and tried in vain to open it for several minutes before I realized that it was defective. It's only the front, not the front and back. It would be like trying to open a piece of paper. Staff was right there and kindly removed the roll and put out some brown paper bags until a more permanent fix could be found.

No children playing in these weeds. Sad. Abandoned school in rural Kansas.

This location opened on May 15th, 2019; it was originally a Big Star, which was built and opened in 1978 and closed in spring 1982. It became a Giant Open Air in summer 1982 and Farm Fresh #6258 in May 1987, which closed in April 2018.
