I had one of these when I was little growing up in the 70's. The children on the teeter totter move up and down as the watch ticks away time. No one believes they existed. Here is the proof.

The rather unsteady ( its not fallen over in 4 years ) set up in our family room.
The reason for the pic is to show off the Sima 4 way video/audio remote control switcher on the top, i got it from the university sale yesterday, mint condition, with power supply and remote, $5.
Works like a charm as we have the DVD player the VHS the Satellite receiver and the Nintendo Wii, now we can switch between them and only use ONE input on the TV !!!!!!

Where do I start with how amazingly jam-packed this evening was? Oh, yes: Lauren May.
Well, ... brownies, sprinkles, and frosting; rhinos, international market, carbonated drinks, fake Sangrias, bottle-opening situations, and "illicit" activities in Harris Teeter; arriving two hours late, keeping Brittany company all evening =], slinkies, and solitaire?; watching and making slight fun of bands, pointing and giggling at dancing girls along with other things, singing along, sitting front row with Kaitlyn and Lauren, TRYING to take good pictures [but then getting crap like this!] and all-in-all good memories.
I love Philmont. Around them, there's no such thing as a dull moment.

Built in 1975, once beyond cozy entryway the space immediately opens up, main hallway has soaring ceiling, & airy kitchen has been updated by removing a wall. Set one level below the entry/kitchen/dining area, the living room is both dramatic & cozy. Two partial walls create a niche anchored by the fireplace, which dominates the space & soars thru the upper story. The view conveys the sense of a treehouse perched to provide the maximum privacy &outlook.
