IMPORTANT - tomorrow I intend to upload one of my old shots for the charity print auction for Japan... I dont know which to upload and offer for auction. Out of my entire photostream which would be the most suitable (and likely to raise the most)...any ideas?..your help would be greatly appreciated for this worthy cause.. MJ.
Shifting paradigms ...."yesteryear's" camera and Nikon's recent D750 side by side. In the era of film cameras, the image from the camera was only as good as the lens attached to it so in reality you could get the same image from an entry model as you would with the pro model providing same lens used ...not quite so today as image sensors differ as far as size and megapixels from model to model. You start to appreciate today's current technology when you try using film cameras like the Zenit EM. Today I loaded a 36 Exp Roll of 400 ASA which cost about $17 and I am curious to see what I get. Just like days long gone by I will have to shoot the 36 pics, rewind it back into the cassette and take it in for processing and prints. I will then scan and upload a pic or 2. Hope I dont end up with egg on my face.
