TAG Techie 10K, Norcross GA, Oct 5, 13. This was my longest run (training or race) in over four years. I set a goal of 1:15:00. Actual time was 1:17:36. It was hilly, so I'm OK with that. No idea where I finished in my age group, but the 1st and 2nd place guys finished in 40 and 41 minutes. That's fast. — in Norcross, GA.
