It's day 2 of vignweek, and the prompt is "Rescue." I'm of course continuing the Harry Potter theme with my take on the second task of the Triwizard Tournament!
Peering down into that vast cavern of goodness, this little chipmunk must have been calculating how many trips it was going to take to empty this thing out.
And - it was probably wondering how to accomplish all that before that other chippy (coming in from the left) did the same exact thing!!!

Colas Rail operated 43277 'SAFETY TASK FORCE' pictured at Georgemas Junction Station on Sunday 19/1/2025 after arriving from the south at the rear of the 1Q78 1112 Inverness Milburn Yard to Inverness Milburn Yard via Wick Network Rail PLPR test train. A quick change of ends for the driver and the set would head down the Thurso branch before returning and continuing to Wick.

A small arctic base runabout design to make doing surveys and hauling small cargo easier.
Mostly built to make use of those R2D2 droid legs that I love but can never find a good use for.
Multi-tasking is difficult for the male species ( so woman would lead us to believe) This Wren just couldn't sing and gather moss to save his life.. he would pick up a beak full, go to sing and then drop the lot..lol
Quenching your thirst is a necessity but for some creatures it is a time when they are most vulnerable.

Final image for a bit from the fabulous ospreys out of the wilderness of Florida. For more images and stories, check out:

To me, it's an incredible sight to witness a soaring osprey overhead. They fly so effortlessly and with such purpose ... whether flying to catch their dinner, bring back some nesting material, protect their nesting zone, or simply play in the air ... it's quite the sight to see. The detail in the feathers always mesmerizes me, but I come out of that trance quickly when I hear their easily identifiable call ... another favorite sound of mine.
In Florida, we are privileged to have these osprey residents among us, so they're never really far away. In the winter and spring though, they congregate for their breeding season. Always a great adventure. :-)
Happy Monday everyone! May your week soar by, just like this adult osprey.
Thanks for stopping by to view.

“As the anti-bending-revolution continues, the grip of Amon’s claw on the city tightens and more and more Chi-Blockers can be seen in the streets. While Chief Saikhan’s metal bending police and council member Tarrlok’s task force seem helpless, the new team Avatar, led by Avatar Korra, intervenes and patrols the streets, opposing the notorious rebels.“ - Shiro Shinobi

Now, finally I can show you, what I have been working on of the last few weeks. As you may know, I am a huge fan of both Avatar series, The Legend of Aang and The Legend of Korra. While I already built some MoCs related to ATLA, my stream still lacked a Korra related build. While watching the Episode „When extremes meet“, I figured that the perfect and most challenging thing to build would be Asami’s satomobil, used by team Avatar to patrol the streets of Republic City. Once having built the car, I quickly had a scene concept in mind, which in the end took almost two weeks to build. However, the outcome was definitely worth the wait in my opinion. I hope you like it !
Also, have a look at the whole Republic City diorama. Stay tuned for more photos of the motorcycles, too !
Also, thanks to Kal Skirata for painting Asami's hair.
Finally, have a closer look at Asami's satomobil!
