Task Force Marauder conducted an awards ceremony March 11, 2018 to present Army Achievement Medals and Combat Action Badges to Soldiers within the task force for their achievements while deployed to Afghanistan. Task Force Marauder consists of Soldiers from South Carolina National Guard, Illinois National Guard, Iowa National Guard, as well as active duty component and provides aviation capabilities with AH64 Apaches, UH60 Black Hawks, CH47 Chinooks, and medevac assets in Afghanistan under the 3rd Combat Aviation Brigade while deployed. I love white daffodils, and the yellow centers on these really help bring home the visual. Will definitely use the double stab stitch again in the future. Next time maybe I'll be bold enough to pull them just a *little* bit tighter, as the last 2 (shorter ones) look better than the first three.

Vacation Goal 2: Get Off The Couch & Sweat by monsterbot69

Status: Started / Ongoing - Because of the strange weather, I started doing Turbo Jam / Turbo Fire with Karen a week or so prior to the start of my vacation. Yesterday, because the weather was more agreeable / cooler, I started running (again!) as a form of interval training.

So far, so good, though I realized that a year ago I was running regularly with about 8 pounds less. No wonder my legs started complaining on kilometer 3 of my run last night.
