Tiny black cat bowls are filled with a favorite, salt-water taffy. I was so happy to see the taffy in Halloween colors! These adorable checked plates are by Isaac Mizrahi, from Target forever ago. The yellow dinner plates underneath really bring out the color in my kitchen! I whipped up these toile napkins in just a few minutes, from leftover fabric.
