Thank you very much everyone for your comments, views and faves. This trio seems to have struck quite a chord!
There are many street Carpenters in Bacolod City who will make pretty much anything, in this case they have an order for tables.
The table is porch furniture, which was filthy. Downyflake didn't mind since part of what was on it came from him. It also has a glass top. I removed the glass for a good cleaning, thinking he'd not enjoy the table without the glass. Hmm, looks like I was wrong again.
Amazing views that can be enjoyed from the very top of the Table Mountain situated in Cape town.
We were extremely lucky as the weather didn't disappoint that day and we could experience all the breathtaking views.
The table is set and we await the arrival of our family .... it's going to get noisy, soon when our grandsons start to open their Christmas presents that Santa must have left here!!

I saw a beautiful mid century table through Pinterest and Mini Models was able to recreate it for me. I love it with the Ghost chairs!
I dipped this leaf in water then layed it on the picnic table the water from it soaked into the table making the sunlight of late evening pop on it. The light areas at the point of the leaf is from the water that drenched into the table ..Made a great reflection of the sunlight..The water soaked in fast so had to take the shot as soon as the leaf was placed on the the table, I was thinking I must get this light of the water on the table
