I am quite lucky to have a table tennis table to build on, I say this because they are actually amazing to build large mocs on because they are long and quite wide. At the moment the table is currently half folded up ( because my sister complains that I take over the whole room) but i will fold it down soon so that i can start doing more sketches of what i want the Moc to look like and so that i can have more room for me to build other stuff.
Got this table as a gift from a commission piece I did for an Ebay display. Now it displays some of my paper ornaments.
Shown above is a 40"W x 72"long rectangle table that also has 2-12" leaves made with it. Waterfall edge. Gear tracking was ordered with the leaves, to insure easier operation. The leg style of this table is called Valley Shaker.
Chairs shown are 4) Delaney side chairs and 2) Delaney arm chairs - All with fabric seats upholstered in GH #A4666 "Biscuit".

Table setting for the wedding at the Downtown Houston Aquarium. The centerpiece was a bowl with two goldfish surrounded by fresh rose petals and shells.
The favors were Chinese takeout boxes with ribbon. We had Swedish Fish and mints inside. The labels were homemade with Avery labels.

Melburnians sit around the table and gain a glimpse of the boardroom of the historic art deco Manchester Unity Building in Melbourne, built between 1928-1933.
The beautiful boardroom table was constructed in situ and is nearly six metres long. The table top is finished with a polished rosewood veneer.
I visited this building as part of the Melbourne Open House. You can read more on my blog.
Thanksgiving at Brad's house is anything but average or ordinary. Well... I have no comment regarding the usual conversations around at the table. However, the table must always be elegantly and impecably set... yet still be welcoming and inviting for guests. The food can be nothing less than perfect. Nothing store bought here, except for maybe some dinner rolls. It's Thanksgiving and probably the most fabulous holiday ever. This is by far my favorite day of the year. And this is just my way of sharing the special day with the most important people in my life.
Oh, and the oddball place setting was intentional.
GONE BUT NOT FORGOTTEN---Beautiful dining table from the 60s can easily seat six. Great, sexy lines.
Our changing table setup, courtesy of IKEA. (The "table" is a HEMNES dresser, the shelf is a LACK, and the moon lamp is... I forget. It's not like they offer more than one model of moon lamp.)
The giraffe is just awesome, although not from IKEA.
This is a shot of my dinner table - my little work space. What you can't see is the kitchen (where I'm standing on a chair) that is covered in soap and fragrance oil, with more stuff on the counters than you could believe. But, alas, I could only get a good shot of my table! :)
It's still missing the final panel which would cover the squarish area in the bottom middle. The panel hides the cables.
We love this runner! Diana Holbrook made this modern table runner from an old Holiday Crafts magazine (Dec 2008).

A table and chairs create shadows and lines on the ground.
This is a photo about the lines and shapes created by the objects and the way they join up or are broken. The shadows create new shapes themselves which become new objects in themselves. I used black and White because it allowed the textures to become more important,
