My dinner partner was trying some macro photography with his iphone and the flower vase on the table....while I shot this image of him photographing the vase. I used a small Nikon Coolpix P7700, and like the way the fingers were caught within the glass.

Thanks to everyone for visits , comments , awards and invitations, I appreciate your feedback very much

The picture was captured at Big Bay, the best thing you could do is drive down the R27 to capetown and before you are entering the city pop out for a good sea food dinner at ons huis!

Nature is a thing which we have to preserve and protect, if not, we won't have to protect anything anymore.

Colorado Springs, CO - Wondering through Downtown Colorado Springs in the evening, I saw this group of 30something's (presumably), which I could not resist capturing.

A nice whimsical render in the fantasy style.

The table is set and we await the arrival of our family .... it's going to get noisy, soon when our grandsons start to open their Christmas presents that Santa must have left here!!

Sunday morning bicycle ride around Austin, TX.

Sketch books are like arseholes. Everybody has one.

The table is porch furniture, which was filthy. Downyflake didn't mind since part of what was on it came from him. It also has a glass top. I removed the glass for a good cleaning, thinking he'd not enjoy the table without the glass. Hmm, looks like I was wrong again.

I saw a beautiful mid century table through Pinterest and Mini Models was able to recreate it for me. I love it with the Ghost chairs!

Thanks for all your comments and faves, much appreciated as always.

I dipped this leaf in water then layed it on the picnic table the water from it soaked into the table making the sunlight of late evening pop on it. The light areas at the point of the leaf is from the water that drenched into the table ..Made a great reflection of the sunlight..The water soaked in fast so had to take the shot as soon as the leaf was placed on the the table, I was thinking I must get this light of the water on the table

Cell phone snapshot of Gracie hamming it up after dinner.

Indoor table and outdoor table. The deck is the best room to be in these days - except when the fog is in.

Table Mountain (11,065 ft, 3373 m) with part of the Southern Absarokas. An unusual perspective on Turret Mountain (11,006 ft, 3355 m) pops above the hill at right while Colter Peak (10,640 ft (3,240 m) plays peekaboo at left.

Because of their remoteness, these peaks attract very few climbers. The easiest one would be Colter, which is nontechnical; the route starts about 20 miles (32km) from the nearest trailhead. Table is probably also nontechnical but has a much longer route from the trail. I am unable to find any record of an ascent, but I assume it's been done.

Turret has only been climbed a few times by professional guides out of Jackson Hole.

repurposed tabletop with eames era legs from the 50's..I painted a little animal parade with mostly dogs, a few robins and a cat!

I used to worry about dusting this shelf on the coffee table, but now I just let Xyla take care of it!
