One of the voices on this Elka is bad. I thought it was the CEM 3396 chips but not really as it turns out. Still trying to figure out the cause.

Nice and clean, with component labeling (ignore the wires and lifted resistors - that's me trying out a modification, I think for mixing the waveforms out of the oscillator?)

This is a rare wave/synth demo tape released in 1983 by a Toronto group called Modern Times.
The only info I could find about this release is in a 2005 interview with a group called DreamSTATE. In the group is a man named Jamie Todd who was one of the founding members of Modern Times:
www.earshot-online.com/features/2005/May/bb_1.cfm
From what I can tell, this was one of the first releases by the group and it features 4 songs which repeat on both sides. It is released on the label "Crosty.Thompson.Todd," which I think was the group's own label because it is the last names of the members.
Pro-printed cassette and cover. I don't know how many copies were produced.
