This is my bike that has taken me many miles. It is kinda old meets new. It is a steel (Columbus SLX) frame, with a very light weight carbon profile fork and carbon seat post, and some wheels you don't see around the US very often. Oh yeah, I am using the Syntace VRO adjustable Stem/handlebar from Germany. They are great as they are light but let you adjust up or down very simply. By the way, I got the bike down to 18 lbs. Not bad for a steel bike.
