Morning photo on the lake in the shadow of trees.

another photo with nice reflection at the same place

a mallard this time.

I like the fact that the color of the mallard head is different from the water so even if they are both dark one is a bit blue and the other one green, you need to zoom in to see it.

A rainforest is an area of tall, mostly evergreen trees and a high amount of rainfall. Rainforests are Earth’s oldest living ecosystems, with some surviving in their present form for at least 70 million years. They are incredibly diverse and complex, home to more than half of the world’s plant and animal species—even though they cover just 6% of Earth’s surface. This makes rainforests astoundingly dense with flora and fauna. Rainforests’ rich biodiversity is incredibly important to our well-being and the well-being of our planet.

Hello my amazing Flickr friends !

Today is an orange day at Color my World Daily. And the theme at Crazy Tuesday is symmetry. I dont know why but when we talked about symmetry I’m always thinking about my geometry classes in school… I was (and still am) very, very bad at math and my geometry classes were no exception. I decided to put this symmetric and geometrical picture together with Mr. Teddy Bear since we celebrate Happy Teddy Bear Tuesdays today. And Mr. Teddy Bear is all about symmetry in his life ! Our composition includes some geometrical pieces from my husband’s childhood toy. I love the colors and the forms so I decided to keep it, even if no one plays with it anymore… It is a vintage toy after all.

I hope you like my picture and i wish you all a very colorful and happy day !! See you later !

Thank you so much for all your lovely comments / favs/ general support / happy thoughts!! Stay safe and well!! And see you soon on Flickr !!

This Dandelion (or goats beard) caught my eye because it seemed exceptionally large. It was a good four inches across, maybe its a different variety of the normally much smaller seed arrangement.

As you have guessed by now, I'm no botanist.

Anyway, I loved the delicacy and harmony in a plant that most consider a weed. Everything has it's place in nature.
