Swift was actually my first twin pullip. I really loved Bara's stock look and well she was 50% off when I bought her.

Well-used Nifty Swifties. This particular tire had a 1/2" gash, which gave me pause. It has never had a flat in 2800+ miles of riding. I picked all the glass bits out, thought about it awhile, then decided maybe I'd rotate the new Nifty Swifty onto the front wheel, and the used one onto the back wheel. Pulled off the back tire - I could see daylight through the gash.
This is our big 3-pod tent. My daughter and I have one pod, my friend and her son have another, and the third is used to store food and is used as a wash room. The central area is high enough to stand up in so makes a great communal space. This is another friend's daughter sitting under the gazebo.
Once a year I get to tell the Tom Swifty joke I made up close to 50 years ago. Today is the day!!!
Don't remember Tom Swifties? Well a person says something, and then the adverb describing how they said it is a play on words, in this case "The Ides of March"

You know the old saying, "When pigs fly...." Well, this one did. Have you ever seen anything cuter?? This one appears at the San Diego County Fair in Del Mar, at Swifty Swine's annual show.
One of my grandfather's many jobs in the town of Salem was a gas attendant at this Swifty station. While the pumps might have changed, they still hold true to their tradition of pumping the gas for you. Of course people in Oregon or New Jersey reading this probably don't understand the simplicity of that, not being allowed to pump their own. But for the rest of the world, it's just one small convience and throw-back to the good 'ole days.
