This seismogram is from the Shishaldin North seismic station on Unimak Island in the Aleutian Arc of Alaska. The sawtooth patterns on the 23:30, 00:00, and 01:00 lines (click on the image once or twice to zoom in) represent surface waves from multiple strong earthquakes on 7 October 2023: two magnitude 6.3 earthquakes in Afghanistan & 6.7 and 6.9 earthquakes in Papua New Guinea. The sawtooth pattern on the 03:00 line may represent a magnitude 5.0 offshore quake southeast of Japan.
This is the logical representation of what the Surface device sees. It can handle many dozens of points simultaneously.

Astronomers read the shadows cast by far away objects and decipher the surface features of worlds beyond our reach. I walk the smooth sidewalks of New York City and can't connect. Sliding sideways I'm off balance. Density unyielding enfolds me in thick time. I must breathe again to touch you. This small reality means more to me than the surface of a sun that I will never know. I want to believe this.
