The gentleman in the light green shirt is Bob Hayward's nephew. Bob Hayward piloted the Miss Supertest series of hydroplane speedboats for James Thompson until he died in an accident during a race in the Detroit River in 1961. The Bob Hayward YMCA or "The Bob" as it's known by many was named after him.
