Day 23 of our Darwin to Broome holiday - and the last but one day. We were due to go on a Kayak and Swim With The Turtles trip - but it got cancelled because of high winds. So - we slobbed out in the pool most of the day!

Super Blood Moon Total Lunar Eclipse (whatever the technical term is lol). Thankfully, the weather was clear in Rosedale, Maryland where I happened to be during the event.
Eclipse of the Supermoon as seen from Upstate New York on September 27, 2015. I only was able to photograph the eclipse up to totality, as the sky became cloudy. However, I am very pleased that the clouds held-off just long enough for me to witness this spectacle!
