This is an iconic image of many drives to the SeaTac Airport. It always causes a catch in my breath as I take in the first view of Seattle's Skyline with Lake Union mirroring the tall buildings. This morning, the skyline was shrouded in fog. The Space Needle was barely visible. But, by the time we left the airport with grandsons in tow, and onward to a week's visit, the fog had burned off and traffic had snarled. "Summertime" thoughts.
Walking along The Leas in Folkestone and there was somebody playing a saxophone sitting on a bench. "Summertime" was the song.
Great atmosphere.
I need warmth and summertime really bad right now. I've just about had it with the cold.
I was going through old photos and found this and wondered why I had never uploaded it. So now I am.

today was a really good monday, mainly because I got to hang out with my best friends a lot, and the weather was nice so we used up a BBQ and went on adventures chasing hot air balloons!
