Stuttgart's most charming palace must surely be Schloss Solitude, which was commissioned by Duke Carl Eugen in 1763. It was intended to be a place 'far from the turmoil and disappointments of the world'. Its architect was Philippe de la Guepiere, who was a pioneer of the Louis XVI style in Germany. A straight road runs for 12 km from here to the Residenzschloss in Ludwigsburg.
That guy was playing his Djembe all the time, my friend who can play drums really well joined him. The people were dancing around us....It felt like i was in hippie times or something:)
